Despite the overgrowth, she managed to make the experience virtually painless, and while she took her time and I never felt rushed (like I do at some other threading spots), I still was out the door very quickly, with no angry redness on my face to reveal where I'd just been, so I could easily get on with my night. Anyways, when I first got in, they seated me really quick because the time I went in had no one. I guess because I got there really late, almost when they needed to close. They have a guest bathroom for their customers all the way in the back and it's super clean. I had to wash my face after the threading because my face became so red and bumpy from the threading. They were very nice about it and told me to splash my face with cold water and applied aloe Vera gel to cool my face. Overall a pretty good job at cleaning and trimming my eyebrows. The thread did break off a couple of times and she used a new one. They cleaned out most of my face and blackheads up but there was still some blackheads or hair on my temples. I had to puff my cheeks and hold onto my eyelids close for them to get in the hard areas. I just have a lot of blackheads so it's pretty tough to get rid of them. The service was quick and I was out like that. They are very nice people and it was a quiet service where there's no talking so that's good.

I went in with the goal of getting an eyebrow lamination with no prior research. I asked soooo many questions and was met with honest suggestions, you could tell they aren't money hungry and care about their clients. They started with threading where she asked me how I typically like the shape to look (I'm never asked that, so I was shocked). Then, she made them thinner so the lamination would look natural. I have a sparse tail, so she advised me to get them tinted as well, but I chickened out lol (I'll get it tinted next time) Eventually, I decided I also wanted a lash lift just to try it out. She (I wish I remember her name) took me to the back room and explained every step she was doing with my lashes. The room was relaxing enough to the point where I fell asleep. The lash lift took an hour, then she began laminating my brows . After the treatment, she gave me the do's and don'ts for maintenance. It was a last minute appointment for me and I don't have a lot in my southern area due to all the previous sessions I had at other places. This is just a touch up after 10 years. So I didn't shave because it was last minute and didn't have time (pretty normal at most places to touch you up if you didn't), as you know we have to shave. So I asked my laser tech, she said you don't need to because this way she knows where it is. Big mistake trusting her that maybe she knew a new hack (?). It's been 2 weeks and nothing has happened except that she probably burned me (read online why you need to shave). I have never ever had hyper pigmentation but I was covered in red dots that are now gray. I'm pretty fair skin but I am a POC and it's crazy because I've always done the higher settings for any laser, whether it is IPL or hair removal. I don't know what the tech did. All the areas that I have hyperpigermentation or the pink/red burns are on areas I didn't have any hair. Then we hit the areas that do, she never shaved so it hurt extra bad and of course it doesn't hit the follicles, burnt, and I still have hair..... And I will say as someone that is from the 2nd densest big city after NYC, this was 5x what it cost back home. This is crazy, not only is it more expensive, it was done incorrectly, somehow I manage to get burned and none of the hair follicles were killed. It's upsetting that this store is operating and I TIPPED THEM. Never in my life had I ever have to tip anyone for laser and they ask for it here. SKIP AT ALL COST. TLDR: I'm a laser vet, said I didn't need to shave (quick google says they are wrong), something nothing worked/ineffective, I got burned, I have hyperpigmentation which has never happened, 5x other places in price, and they ask for tip (mildly unorthodox.. I tipped though - hindsight wish I didn't)

I went for the first time here to get my eyebrows done. I was so pleased with the way they looked. She asked me if I wanted to do my upper lip as well, and it was so quick, easy, and painless. I also decided to do my eyebrow tinting, and I was very happy with how it looked after. I usually go to European Wax center to get my Brazilian done, but I wanted to try it here because I was so pleased with my other services. I went in to get my underarms done with sugar wax, and it was so painless, I continued with my legs and Brazilian. I am very content with the results and I will definitely come back here. I highly recommend this place. If I could rate it 6 stars, I would. Nikki is the best! read more
