Does Namaste Brows allow dogs? I have no idea but I'm sure you can ask. I walked in on a Monday late afternoon and was promptly greeted by Alicia. She was welcoming and friendly. The shop is clean and tidy. It had been several years since I last got my eyebrows threaded, so I was expecting some pain. However, I was shocked at how smooth and painless Alicia's work was! She kept my natural brow shape and cleaned the surrounding areas. I was very satisfied with Alicia's service. I am so glad I chose Namaste Brows based on great Google and Yelp reviews. I would totally frequent this place if I wasn't from out of town.

I've been coming here for over three years since Rouchelle was the owner. Rouchelle was amazing, and then Alisha took over and she is also amazing! However, one of the current staff under her completely botched my brows which was very disappointing. The mirror at the establishment is like four feet away from the chair, so I didn't notice when she finished it, as I just took a quick glance and assumed it was great as always. But then at home I looked in my bathroom mirror and realized how botched it was. In hindsight, I felt her using the scissors in places that it isn't usually used. While usually you brush the hair up and cut where necessary, she seems to have done some choppy cutting under my arch. Also took away too much in some areas. Both eyebrows are like this. All around very disappointing and I'm confused how this person isn't trained better in technique.

Alisha only threaded my brows and didn't bother to even cut or pluck after.. anyways, my pictures tell it all. It has only been 3 days since my eyebrow threading, I don't think hair grows that fast.

First time going to this location, clean and welcoming staff! I got my eyebrows done and face threading. The eyebrows came out amazing, will be going back for that. But with the face threading I'm sure more practice is needed. My whole side cheek and a little on my left side were left with major cuts. I'm going on vacation in a few days and I'm a little worried.

I walked in and saw Alisha, not only is she super pleasant but she saved my brows after my last place messed up my arch. For my second visit I made an appointment with Twinkal for lash extensions. She was able to help me decipher which size and style I wanted and delivered beautifully and fast. They look so natural. Their prices are fairly affordable at great quality and the salon is nice and clean. read more

I came in for eyebrow waxing/threading, lady was super polite but after I left and got home I saw I had wax residue in the inner corners of my eyebrow and she didn't properly remove all of my eyebrow hair even though she went in with the thread after she waxed them. I think $13 for that is overpriced, I usually pay $8-$11 for much better clean up. read more

I started coming to Namaste brows about a year ago and it's become My favorite beauty salon. I get all my waxing done here. But the most important thing to me is eyebrow threading and I have to say Alisha is the best. She's quick, neat, super helpful if you want to change something up and she listens. I think it's very affordable and clean unlike many other places. I can't recommend this salon or Alisha enough!! read more

I was looking for a new brow place since mine is closing down! Found Namaste on Google and I am so glad I did.. Alisha is the best. I love that she gives me her honest opinion and is so fun to chat with. My Grandmother has never gone to a place for facial threading and somehow Alisha made her very comfortable to do so. I ended up bringing my Mom and plan on bringing my sister in law too! Clean environment and very organized, which I appreciated. Love it! read more

I view the commitment to my eyebrow threader the way some approach a marriage. I won't settle for anything that isn't the best. Let me tell you-- Namaste Brows is the ONLY place I will go for my waxing/threading needs. Their prices are extremely reasonable, they do impeccable work, and the staff are so kind and personable. I've never experienced a long wait time, and usually can walk in and out within ten minutes having transformed from It to an it girl. I love love love this place. read more

I had a great experience getting my eyebrows threaded here. I was really specific with what I wanted - I have thicker eyebrows and I wanted them thinner but not too thin. Alisha was super accommodating and kept asking me to check as she went to make sure it was to my liking. I also have uneven brows and she really tried her best to make them as even as possible. Also, it was one of the most painless experiences I've had with eyebrow threading, no irritation at all. read more

THIS IS THE BEST EYE BROW SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! I am referring everyone I know here. No one has ever shaped my eyebrows better and I am always satisfied every time I come in. Called ahead to make an appointment for eyebrow threading but was told to just walk in and I did! The space is super clean and the chair was very comfortable. I asked for a clean-up and my brows look great! Last minute I decided to also thread my upper lip and was worried about the pain but it was not as painful as tweezing. The technician (I believe she's the owner?) listened to my requests and was very patient and sweet! read more

I am so glad I found this hidden gem of a place! Being new to the city and finding someone to do my brows made me nervous, but Rouchelle did a great job and is so sweet! We called a day ahead asking whether we need to make an appointment for henna. The lady on the phone said no, just come in. So we went in the next day, there was only one woman there. We asked her for designs from their google and Yelp photos. She said that's too complicated. She called someone, not sure what was said and then says she can only do something simple. We would've left but my niece was so excited about her first henna. We showed her a very simple design of flowers (please see the photos of my niece's hands, she could've done that herself and she's six). She then "gave us a discount" by only charging us $30 for both hands. I didn't want to make a scene because I didn't want to make my niece cry, so we paid it. Never again. Beware of this scam. Edited: While I appreciate your offer we are going to decline. And with all due respect, that design had nothing to do with a 6 year old moving. I suggest moving forward you indicate on your website that you are by appointment only, and perhaps let your coworkers know that as well so they can answer questions appropriately and not wait people's time. Be sure to include the days of the week too, since we came today which is actually a Monday and not Sunday. Finally, please tell that lady to just say no to henna requests, no one else needs to suffer.

Alisha is a sweetheart! I was running a bit behind and she was very kind about rescheduling my brow and underarm appointment for the same day. I have thick brows and was nervous to get them done for the first time outside of my hometown (so I spent 4 hours scrolling on yelp, tiktok, reddit etc). My heart was racing while she worked since I didn't trust anyone with my brows. When she finished , I looked at my brows in awe as they were the exact same way as my ideal brows that I showed in the photo! For my underarms- I usually preferred using hair removal cream since waxing is painful for me but when she waxed for me, I felt absolutely no pain. I initially asked for honey wax but she used a different kind for sensitive skin (which cost more) - but she charged me the price for the wax I asked for. Super considerate as someone else would've upcharged you. I also applaud the place's cleanliness. I had some stubbles as I didn't let my hairs grow and I asked about them getting tweezed but she said that tweezers were unsanitary. Overall, I had such a positive first experience getting my brows and underarms done, and will be back regularly. Will even ask for my legs to be waxed next time as I know she does not cause any pain! I passed by and was just peering in the window curious of the operation, when Rouchelle greeted me and invited me in to chat! After being neighborly for a few minutes and expressing that I had never received a facial or any of the services she offered, she told me all about how they work and I found myself becoming more and more comfortable with the opportunity, and next thing you know, I'm on my back, getting my first facial and an amazing head massage, AND some WAXED eyebrows to boot! It was a very comfortable, relaxing and pleasurable experience! And for todays Covid Concerned, it was very clean, and sanitary as Rouchelle is very particular about making certain so and letting you know, and she wore a mask the entire time. It was my first time here and I was nervous because I'm pretty picky about my brows but Rina was amazing and executed the service to perfection. I get my eyebrows threaded often and am always very sensitive, tearing up or sneezing, but this was the most comfortable painless experience I've had getting them done. Alisha is the best! This place is great! Speedy and very gentle. I have had thin eyebrows for over 20 years and hated threading! I found threading so painful. Went in with my daughter who spoke highly about this place and Alisha convinced me to thread and tint, boy am I happy I let her! This is the only place I go for my brows. Alisha is a master at shaping your brows to the perfect shape for your face. I get asked all the time where I get my brows done by strangers. Also, the brazilian with chocolate wax is sooo good for sensitive skin and I never have any hairs left or bumps! Such a great salon, and right around the corner from me, in a prime location in LES. Rochelle was so friendly and welcoming, I felt so comfortable compared to other places I'd been. The salon has just recently opened and offers a 20% discount for first time clients. I can't recommend highly enough!
