Just called at about 6:26pm ordering a BBQ Chicken Salad and 14" (Medium) Cheese Pizza and was informed that they would call me back when the order was ready... Keep in mind that she did neither took down our number nor confirmed the completion time (under the impression that they used their caller ID system).... Having not received a call, we called back at 7:13pm (47 minutes) and was informed that the same lady that took our order called the wrong number and that our order would be ready in 20 minutes. That is a total of 67 MINUTES just to prepare an individual BBQ chicken salad and a 14" cheese pizza... Never have we experienced this at Unique Pizzeria and supporting them for years... read more

Customer service was excellent! The lady was thoughtful and considerate when we phoned in our order, making sure that she got the order right. Perfect and open during the Covid-19 stay at home mandate. the pizza was also very tasty and delicious. I liked the pizza from this place when it was Bricks. They were nice and also delivered on time. but now the ownership has changed and it is such a hassle trying to get food delivered - even if they have delivered to the same house before. They also charge extra for delivery- just because. The nearby dominos on ocean view is much nicer on the phone and deliver without without any issues to nearby Glendale neighborhoods. I'm not big on corporate pizzas, but customer service is key if you want to grow and maintain a loyal following. read more

I was hungry and in the area. I saw this place from the street and decided to try it out. I got their Persian style pizza and it was the best tasting pizza I ever had. The restaurant was clean and I liked how it was a welcoming family business. The only issue I had which really wasn't under their control was parking. There are other businesses in the same shopping center so I guess it was a busy time. There was parking available on the street also. I will come back again. read more

I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken through postmates. The price is not worth it if you order from postmates because of all the fees but after I tried the food, it wasn't very well worth it without postmates fees either. The amount of sauce was good. The flavor was just very basic. Very similar to trader joes frozen fettuccine aflredo. The chicken was very good and I'm glad I added it on because I would have stayed hungry if those wern't good either. Over all the food was clean and still hot when it arrived so I appreciate that. So I was elated when I took the first bite of this one. This pizza has a flavorful, crisp crust with just the right amount of chew to it. You can tell they hand make the dough. The wings were huge, very satisfying. The sauce was nice and tangy, and they were cooked perfectly, a tiny bit crispy and not soggy at all. I got a lot of ranch dressing on the side, and jalapenos which was a nice touch. The service was excellent. The lady helping me was quick, efficient, and very nice.
