    So bitter no taste

It's usually good but however today it was horrible the food was so bitter I probably won't come back

The food was delicious. Well worth the wait. It was packed though, so it was expected that I would have wait a little. At least they had TVs so my guest and so were able to keep occupied as we waited. Definitely coming back! Reasonably priced! I attached a photo of the Griot, rice and fried banana

My father in-law took us to eat lunch here today and I immediately had to write a review on my experience. I'm in town visiting and really haven't had any spots to brag on during my stay until today. The food was awesome and authentic! They also give large potions which make it easy to share. I've had plenty of Hatian food but this place out beat some places in NJ. Plus they were clean and polite. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like Hatian food!

love love love this place. i used eat at hatian "takeout" in DelRay when i lived there. and this place is actually a NICE resturaunt... which is just as cheap. $10. i come here a few times a month. im huge on ethnic resturaunts. & i really dont care about customer service. im also a waitress so i know how annoying customers can be. but i do have to say ive been treated very nice there. the girls are sweethearts.

Ah bon real authentic Haitian food. Born and raised in The Bahamas to Haitian parents I experienced the best of both worlds when it came to food. If you're not familiar with Haitian food then I suggest you try the griot which is fried pork chunks with either fried plantins or with rice, not a pork eater then you can try the turkey tasso (fried turkey chunks), chicken with an amazing sauce, fish either fried or stew, goat, conch, oxtail and lots more...oh Also try the legumes, my all time fav Haitian dish...it's eggplant with cabbage, carrots, spinach, watercress, Lima beans & chayote, that can have crab or beef mixed in it, get it with white rice with bean sauce (black or pinto beans). There's so many little items you can try, but I hope you do try them out. And as for the place it needs a little tender loving care when it comes to decorating, the darkish interior needs to go...but it's not too bad. Mwen espere ou renmen manje a!! "I hope you love the food"

I believe they have the best Haitian food in pompano/deerfield area. Best place to start if you have never had Haitian food.

Always been a fan of griot (pork) but I was recommended to try the Tasso plate and now that's all I order.

They accept cashapp and zelle payments in cash you don't have cash. As soon as you walk in, the hostess is right at the entrance. We checked in our table, but the rest of our party hadn't arrived so we sat at the bar for some pre-dinner drinks. The bartender was amazing and super nice. He made some great food recommendations as well so we were excited to get to the table. Once everyone arrived, we were sat pretty quickly. There was a flamenco show going on too so there was people dancing and having a good time. The ambiance is definitely lively. For food, we decided to go with a bunch of tapas, and honestly they were all amazing. We got pan con tumaca, garbanzos con chorizo, croquetas de bacalao, albondigas a la madrillena, gambas al ajillo. While they were all good, my top hits were the garbanzos con chorizo, croquetas de bacalao and the gambas al ajillo. I highly recommend trying the 3 if you're a fan. The Spanish wines paired nicely and they had a good variety to pick from. Overall it's a great restaurant to spend time with family and friends.

We were able to try lots of dishes (it's tapas of course) and each one was delicious! My favorite was the oxtail and octupus. We were also served sangria--both white and red--which were delish! Just caution that it's pretty much valet parking and when a photographer comes around, expect them to try to sell you the photo they took, printed and framed for you. You can kindly decline! I would definitely want to come back for a date night or even a couples night out. It has the perfect ambiance for it.

I had a sangria which they made there. Very good. And then two tapas- the skirt steak, which was awesome. Half our menu said $3.90 for each, but I was charged $3 which I think is a good price for what you get. Most people would probably want three or four. Cool place and I will definitely go back.

They still have patio seating, which is smaller but slightly better views. Service is always good, attentive, and helpful. We usually come for happy hour to take advantage of their large menu of montaditos. I think they're all pretty good but our favorites are the piquillo relleno--a small, whole stuffed red pepper with goat cheese, the classic pan con tomate, churrasco, and cordero estofado. I would say those are the most flavorful ones and on our regular rotation. They also have an almond cake we always order that is imported from Spain. Served warm and à la mode, it has a little crusty edge and a very moist, dense crumb. Not too sweet. Sometimes they serve it drizzled with chocolate and I prefer it without.

He never made us feel rushed or pressured to order anything. He frequently refilled our waters (I hate when servers don't do this) and was extremely attentive. Very friendly and would love to dine here again with him as our server. Goat cheese croquettes were amazing. served warm with the guava sauce is to die for!! Oysters were so so fresh and tasted spectacular. Crab cakes were crispy and tasty. Loved the sauce. Octopus was grilled to perfection- super tender and not chewy. The white beans were a great side and very fresh. Mussels were a little heavy because of the sauce and bread but it tasted very good. Great tapa for sharing. Honestly none of the food disappointed and all tasted great. Would 100% eat here again. Honorable mention was the live music. It was a gentleman with a captain hat on and wow he was great. I'd recommend trying the baked oysters and Mac and cheese (if you like the truffle flavor). Their waffles were also good and fluffy but the chicken portion seemed a bit small for the price of the dish. They have a large seating area inside and the server was nice and attentive. One thing to note is the parking situation in that plaza is tricky. It seems like one side offers free parking while the other is pay to park so double check the signs.
