Food was great. I came after my son was playing at monkey Joe they do have a lot of specials. I would e-commerce if you're in the area. I tried the chicken taquitos which were really good and very fillings. My son had the kids chicken enchilada. It was also good and also of food for your money. The service was good. It wasn't too busy when we went. I would definitely recommend.
Ordered a carne asada burrito for pick up. Nothing extra just a burrito. Actually, I was told that the burrito no longer includes guacamole which was fine. I went to get my order and pay for it and saw that the total was OVER $27 dollars. I thought maybe they charged me twice or maybe for guacamole but NO it was for one burrito. I understand cost of living and inflation is a thing but never did I see paying this much for a simple burrito. To top it off it was mainly rice inside and barely any carne asada. Another disappointing mexican restaurant in south florida.
Really good, authentic place with amazing specials on Mondays. I was actually told they have specials everyday, but I love the margarita Mondays. Their food is delicious and filling and large portions. Also incredibly hot plates! I love that they bring out the chips with salsa and also a plate of refried beans with some tomato and onion on top. I've never liked refried beans but I will eat anything with a tortilla chip! You can customize some of the things, but not everything. There is a language barrier as Spanish is the primary language spoken, although they do speak English. I had ordered mojo de ajo and it was supposed to come with scallops and shrimp, it definitely only came with shrimp even though I specifically asked for the scallops. All good though. Still tasty! The parking is a little tricky as it is in the same plaza as a key foods grocery store so there are lots of shopping carts everywhere. And it is very busy. There is indoor and outdoor seating, a small bar area, and TVs inside. Super cute place to chill and enjoy. The booths are a little annoying as the backs are connected so if you have an active person behind you, you can feel every movement.
My first time coming to this location and with friends for happy hour, and it did not disappoint, good option of food and service and staff was freshly. we got seated it as soon as we got there. The appetizers are great to do for happy hour, and the margaritas are amazing ! Small little location, but with good food.
Our favorite taco Tuesday spot! Can't beat the AYCE $6.50 tacos and their amazing, ginormous margarita. They are very warm and welcoming. The service is quick and on point. The decor is fun and festive. We love being regulars here!
This place on Google and it's amazing. It's family owned and the salsa and chips are to die for. Service is exceptional and we ordered the steak nachos and they are delicious. They have happy hour and great margaritas. This will be my goto spot for authentic Mexican food and today they have a dj but they also have a mariachi band as well I love this place and highly recommend.
They had great customer service the food came quick they start you off with chips salsa and bean dip then we just ordered nachos and kids meal after monkey joes
Very cute place that I've been meaning to go to for a while. Service was warm and personal. Portions were HUGE. My husband and I shared the fajita platter for two and it was almost comically large and I mean that as a compliment. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back

My boyfriend and I split a burrito and that was sufficient for us - along with the complimentary chips and salsa. We came in the late evening for a quick dine-in and the staff was super nice. Would recommend and would return (especially for their margs I didn't get to try!). Ambiance is casual, and parking is easy in the shared plaza lot.

The ambiance is adorable and really makes you feel like you've stepped into a restaurant in Mexico. The food is outstanding. The fajita sampler was packed with flavor and came with generous portions of each meat--definitely enough to share or enjoy as leftovers. I also tried the carne asada platter, and it was fantastic. The steak was super juicy, and the rice and beans were full of flavor. Overall, great food, great portions, great prices. I highly recommend Patrón Aztecas to anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine!
This place will be your one of very few authentic mexican restraunt that has a family feel! The food is what you pay for so do keep that in mind. All in all if you are searching for a go to mexican restaurant this is your spot. Been coming here for weeks now and im hooked. Great service and free chips and salsa when you dine in which seems to be an uncoomon thing around florida. If you come in ask for Jj shes amazing! And the manager joel is great and very warm and welcoming!

Consistently good food, good service, great atmosphere at a reasonable price. Has a family friendly environment and a bar of regulars. You will often see a mariachi band in the evening hours. It's a fun upbeat old FL laid back place. Taco Tuesday is a great deal. read more

Super impressed with this place. We decided to do taco Tuesday. I've seen this lace many time driving by and the food was pretty good. The service was decent. It was a pretty busy night. You have your choice or indoor or outside seating as well. The seating is covered so don't worry if it rains. It has a sports bar vibe with that televisions. Definitely a good Mexican spot to check out. read more

This is a great place to come during the week for happy hour with 2 for 1 margaritas and half price appetizers until 630pm. We came on a Thursday and we will definitely make this a routine spot. They give complimentary chips, salsa and refried beans with pico! I highly recommend their queso (it's a white cheese dip). Their entree portions are very generous and could easily be shared or taken for left overs. I can't wait to return for all you can eat taco Tuesday. All you can eat tacos (you get 3 at a time and choose from chicken, ground beef or shredded beef). read more

I have heard so many great things about this restaurant so I decided to give it a try. I came in on a Friday night around 8:00 pm. The place was busy, but I was greeted and seated right away. They start you off with complimentary chips, salsa, an bean dip. the chips were crispy and fresh. The bean dip was good as well, but my favorite was the salsa. They prepare it with FRESH ingredients you could taste all the flavors! I tried the Passionfruit Margarita and it was amazing! If you like sweet drinks this is for you! They had so many drink options, various flavors of margaritas, mojitos, beers and more. My friend had the chicken street tacos and enjoyed her meal. I ordered the Fajita Chicken quesadilla. It was cheesy and had the perfect amount of chicken! It came with a side of Mexican rice, refried beans, quac and sour cream. Our waitress was attentive and came by frequently. I REALLY enjoyed my whole meal. Everything was delicious, and hot. I will definitely be back! read more

Came here for a quick salad lunch and boy was I impressed. The bowl was so crunchy not soggy like som places I have been to. I ordered the chicken salad bowl that came with shredded chicken and a nice sauce, tomatoes guacamole, shredded cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. Once you mix it all up you don't even need dressing. The service is always great, friendly staff. Ambiance is chill and relax, very casual I have been to this establishment a few times and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. read more
Came here friends I haven't seen in a while. The service is fast and very friendly. The some of the staff dont speak much English but that's what told me the food was going to be good. Majority of the customers were Hispanic, when your own people frequent your restaurant, you know the food is fyre. They have a selection of imported beers so you don't have to drink regular corona. I got the steak burrito and this thing was massive. It's enough for 2 meals. It heavy on rice so just let them know to go easy on it. The steak filling was really well seasoned and cooked where it was still tender. read more

What a neighborhood gem! We had an excellent experience tonight for our first visit to Patron Azteca. First, they were able to accommodate a reservation for 10 people on a Saturday night. When we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff rushed to seat us immediately. One immediate treat was the chips and salsa, which also came with a refried bean dip! The chips were the perfect, salty, crunchy vehicles for both of these delicious dips! When the manager heard it was our first time at the restaurant, we were treated to a complimentary sampler platter for the table, which had a little something for everyone! Now for the main event, the meals. The portions were incredibly generous and everyone left full and satisfied! I can't recommend this place enough. We can't wait to come back! read more

Stopped here for lunch on a quiet weekday afternoon and had a pleasant experience. I ordered the taco salad, which was served in a large, crispy taco shell. The portion was humongous. Our waitress was very attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone I encountered was friendly. I've been here on the weekend at night and my experience was similar - great staff, strong drinks, and good food. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience with good food and efficient service. read more

I was so sad when the Azteca by my house closed, but was equally as excited when I found out that they had opened a restaurant in Coral Springs. The staff is always very nice and will let you know more about what's on the menu. Their margaritas are also very good and they're strong so it's going to get the job done. We had their tacos authenticos and their tacos de la Calle and both were really good and filling. The tacos came out fresh and hot. They also give you complementary chips with refried beans and a hot sauce. Kind of salsa. I really enjoy coming here and they have a good taco Tuesday special. read more
Apparently this is the same version of the azteca that was located in davie before the menu is the same and so is the food which is not a bad thing because I loved that one , I went on a Sunday evening it was slow when we went in around 7pm but then people eventually starting Coming and the place for really packed , the service was ok but not terrible the food quality was great as always we had the macho margaritas with a raspberry flavor all the margaritas are worth your money just pace yourself or you are in trouble the fajitas and tostadas were tasty and the meat quality was good the fried ice cream was okay will not order it again next time I will try the churros but absolutely will be my to go to Mexican spot as the davie location was also seems like they have great drink special throughout the week. read more
I have not had Mexican food since February, so I was way overdue for some tacos! We came to have a late lunch to this newish restaurant in Coral Springs. Patron Azteca took over the space for Los Tacos. Thankfully it was very slow, not many parties, which is the way I like it these days. We were well distanced from everyone. All staff was wearing masks and there was sanitizer for guest to use. The entrance is at the side rather than at the front. They are next to a Supermarket and I really appreciated this. All the people coming in and out with their groceries makes it for a congested spot. We were seated right away and were brought chips and salsa with a really good bean paste. We ordered a giant margarita to share which I must say was adequately strong. And not too sweet. I ordered street tacos, chicken and steak. I was a little disappointed, like I said, I haven't had tacos in a while so I had high expectations. Meat lacked flavor, felt very oily and was chewy. They brought me salsa verde but it was quite spicy. I asked for salt but that never came. Luckily my husband gave me his pico de gallo and that added flavor. They weren't bad, but I've had much better. I know not to order the tacos next time. Service was good, our waitress was attentive and helpful. I asked for the salt to another waitress passing by, I guess she never told our lady. Decor is very Mexican restaurant, nothing noteworthy. The place does feel homey and mom and pops. I do like this. Overall it was a good experience. I would definitely try something else next time I come. I'd recommend it for the margaritas for sure! read more

First time there, place was clean Hostess that seated us was sweet and server did outstanding job. Down draw wife lights sweet and low pink the stuff, that don't carry, so bring your own. They brought us chip and dips with no dishes, so we made little ness at the table, but the salsa was dip along with chips were delicious. We ordered La Bandera Salad, Macho Burrito and Pollo Ala Crema all was delicious, good to the last bite. So next trip will bring my Poodle, they have outside seating. read more
06/25/2020 - We have been here several times and the service is good and the food isn't too bad . The main reason we come here is for the Burrito Blanco . We have tried many different dishes and they were all ok . Today we had 1. Burrito Blanco - very good 2. Nachos - not our favorite and the flavors just weren't there for us . 3. Since I moved to Coral Springs I've been trying to find a good Mexican restaurant that can serve gluten free food. I'm so happy to say that not only can they do that they also have hard shell tacos, my favorite! Great food, reasonable prices and super friendly staff. We've been there probably five or six times in the last month since we discovered them. Give them a try you won't be sorry. read more
This restaurant opened in October 2019 in the Royal Palm Plaza in the space formerly occupied by Los Tacos. Once you enter the building, on the left is a high top tables and a full bar offering top shelf cocktails and premium tequila. To the right is a small dining area. According to them they are "offering amigo guests a delicious authentic Mexico dining experience", capturing " the essence of various Mexican regions" and featuring "unique entrees." Happy Hour is Monday through Friday 3 to 6:30 with half priced appetizers and 2 for 1 drink specials. After a wet and fun day at the Renaissance Fair we were looking forward to a hearty dinner and we weren't disappointed. As soon as we sat down we were given a basket of warm chips and a very tasty chunky salsa. The menu is huge and it took a little while to decide what to order from all of the tempting choices. I ended up with chicken taquitos, a deep fried rolled up tortilla stuffed with chicken and cheese an served with guacamole and sour cream. My daughter ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla which combines the best of the two dishes. The food was delicious and portions are massive. We both had plenty of leftovers to take home. My favorite Mexican restaurant is Azteca D' Oro by UCF in Orlando. This is the first restaurant I have found in Broward that approaches their quality of food. Best of all it's not three hours away. We enjoyed our food and service is fast and friendly. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in the area but they have what it takes to stand out. I think I just found my local favorite Mexican fix. read more
