The kind of place where you can easily picture settling in for a long dinner with friends and a bottle of wine that somehow turns into two. Right now they're in a soft opening phase, with bar bites as the only option until the full grand opening in mid-March 2026. If these "bites" are the warm-up act, the main show is going to be something special. The fried stuffed risotto, grilled octopus, and grilled Italian sausage bites were all prepared with real care and attention. Each dish felt thoughtful, balanced, and frankly a little more refined than you expect from something labeled "bar bites." If this is the preview, the full menu should be fantastic.
