You can be in an out within an hour though so that's nice if you're tight for time!

I asked for a specific nail design for the World Cup, and Tullia totally delivered. She is so sweet and detail oriented. She obviously takes pride in what she does because she was so meticulous in her work and the result exceeded my expectations. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and told her it didn't have to be exact, but she made sure it came out just like the photo and checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the progress. I don't do nails too often, usually because the choices are overwhelming sometimes, but she made the process so easy and comfortable. Salon is clean, comfortable, with free parking. Other ladies are super nice too, Jenny helped me with my pedicure. Price seemed really fair, she spent close to 2 hours on my nails, and for that much time and effort, I think it was very affordable. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment and proposed an hour later than I suggested, which I respect as it shows they were mindful with timing of other appointments. I am so used to my spots close to home (DTLA) that I've forgotten how much calmer an experience can be outside of the city. Even as I stumbled in a little frazzled because I was 5ish minutes late due to traffic, Jamie (who I believe is the manager?) instantly calmed my nerves with her energy. I love that parking is plentiful. Pedicure was done with care (thanks Wendy). My gel manicure was a highlight for sure. Hanna was the best. From the jump, even the small but sweet personal gestures stood out, like her noticing me reading my Kindle and bringing over a stand to make it easier for me. The manicure itself was so well done: went from month-long scraggly claws to immaculately-shaped, perfectly-polished hands. I marveled at her care/detail: from the cuticles, to even underneath my nail (where I had noticed some bits of annoying skin prior to my arrival, which she gently clipped away). I don't usually fall for upsells but the way she thoughtfully proposed a paraffin wax for my very dry hands swayed me with minimal pressure. A $10 add-on well worth it- came with a hand/arm massage as well. Altogether less than $100 (for a level 2 pedicure and gel manicure). However to find out the price was $37 was very odd for a gel polish change, no manicure... For the pedicure I had 2 different ladies that worked on it (switched midway through) and she ended up doing an additional coat of funny bunny and the color was outside the nail bed so she ended up using the drill to remove the access... pretty painful (,: Will I still come back? Probably. Would I rate them 0/10?
