Today was my first time trying them and I was very happy. The salon is clean, the employees are friendly, and the music is quiet enough to encourage people to also keep the noise down, which helped me relax during my pedicure. Each of the employees was extremely helpful, polite, and, most importantly, hygienic! I was relieved to see how thorough everyone was while they cleaned up stations between clients. I didn't wait long to be called and I noticed they scheduled people well, so no one had to wait more than a few minutes. The prices are fair, the service was excellent, and I'm very glad my nails look and feel amazing! I can only speak of the pedicure, but it was an enjoyable experience. I'll be back again for sure! I was seated quickly, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I treated myself to a gel pedicure and a builder gel manicure. The salon hd a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated that I never felt rushed. Unfortunately, the quality of my manicure didn't quite meet my experience. My guilder gel wasn't as smooth was I had hoped and had a few noticeable bumps, and the gel polish started chipping after three days, which was disappointing considering the service. I spent $150 for both services. I'm willing to give them another chance because everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I'm hopeful my next visit will have a better outcome.

Service was incredible, very nice and sweet workers. Fast and gentle…read more Though my builder gel nails did not last more than 2 days. I got my nails done 7/28, this past Tuesday. Same week, on Thursday, my left hand thumb popped off first, then my index the same day. Next day, Friday, my right nails started popping off, thumb, pointer. Saturday morning, my middle finger popped off. I noticed when they popped off, the builder gel had a lot of air bubbles, which was probably the reason why they popped off so easily. Mind you, I would've came back to get them fixed, but I was out of town up north for a wedding for Saturday 8/1! So I had no choice but to use nail glue to pop them back on myself. Not once was I even playing and picking my nails off, I wasn't even being rough with my hands during the days they were popping off. I just feel bad since my sister treated me out and she spent so much money just for my builder gel:( My sister's nails (regular polish) are still very nice though! But I guess I just wouldn't really recommend the builder gel from my experience:(
