Disgusting unprofessional, and just weird. They ruined my fur blanket and denied leaving a blue mark on it. I have photo evidence and although they are able to refund me the rather expensive $40 fee for the cleaning, my blanket was $98 and now has a blue marker stain on it. I would've been fine with the refund, but while talking on the phone, the owner was rather rude and patronizing. He kept interrupting me and laughing while I was talking. and they refuse to admit that they were the ones who stained the blanket. Dont go here, it's overpriced and they are careless and unhygienic. I was greeted warmly, and the gentleman who greeted me noticed the flaking "pleather" bordering a front slit at the hem of the dress. He provided a receipt with the price and a pick-up date. When I picked the dress up and brought it home, I was stunned. After taking it out of the plastic, I saw that they had removed the frayed and flaking faux leather and replaced it with a color-matched bias tape and reinforced the "v" of the slit. The cost for cleaning was much less than I had anticipated and the repair was made without charge or comment. Without seeing clearly posted charges for the various items to be washed or dry cleaned, the upfront cost can be a surprise -especially if something occurs during the cleaning process. Another concern: having to be told "this is going to be expensive" before any payment was made. When you tell a customer about a cost that you think they can't afford, you are telling the customer to go elsewhere. I didn't drive up and walk through your door to hear not so subtle hints to take my business elsewhere. Post all charges -large print, clearly.
