For the past 25 years I've been a customer service guy. I am an auditor & a trainer of employees who work on the frontline representng some of Americas biggest businesses' while providing customer service. I have only been to Unique Autos twice but I have also send roughly 10 friends/colleagues to see the brothers that own the car dealership on Beach Bvld just south of Westminster. Needless to say as was the case with both of my own experiences, all reports I've received from those I sent to Unique Autos came back and were more than just positive. I first met Umair and Ahmed Ashraf the co-owners of Unique Autos about 4 years ago when I was looking to sell my Chevy Tahoe that i had just paid off. I was on my way home from the Carmax dealership who I was going to sell towhen I randomly stoppped off just to see what these two had to say..said. In actuallity I first met Fernando who seems to be the manager of the service and maintenance of the lot. He kindly directed me to Umair who was in the middle of explaining how much he could, and would be willing to pay for my vehicle. Then we excused himself to disccus with his brother. About 4 mintes elapsed while he and his brothers obstensebly weighed their options. But they came back they were both smiling. Of course soon i was smiling too, not only did the hit me with the right number, (they added $750 to the ammount Carmax was offering) they further assured the sale of my vehicle to them by going above and beyond by doing all the requisite paperwork. I mean not just for themselves but on my end as well Then although they offer the service of providing rides home to customers, since they were heading my way & they were kind enough to personally provide me with a ride home.
