Miguel is my Salesman and he listened and heard my wants, needs, and concerns and remembered them, even 9-10 months later. They are for sure an A+ team. If you are in the market for a new ride, don't cheat yourself by settling for anything, or anyone less than these rockstars!

As I was taking my truck in for an oil change, I realized I had another issue. When I conferred…read morewith Toni in the service department, she got me an answer quickly and scheduled the repair. A part had to be ordered and my truck left with them til work could be completed. Toni gave me an estimated time for the repair, which they were able to beat by a couple of days, and got me back on the road. Toni communicated well thru the entire experience. She is always friendly and available when my truck needs service and the cost is very competitive with other options. In the past, I've not been one to really use dealer service departments, but in recent years I've come to trust Peters for all our vehicle needs, both Ram and Chevy.

James at J&J transmission came highly recommended by another trusted mechanic (Bobby Tennison down…read morethe road at Tennison automotive). My transmission was shifting hard and the truck was becoming less and less reliable. At the time, my 2009 F-150 had close to 290,000 miles on the original transmission, so it wasn't hard to understand why I needed a new one. James was able to get me a quick reasonable quote for a rebuilt transmission from REMAN. I believe they offer a 3 year / 100,000 mile warranty for parts and labor. James was honest about the time it would take to get the part, and gave me a clear timeline for the installation. He completed the job, sticking to the promised timeline, and the cost was exactly as quoted. Unfortunately, through no fault of J&J, there was a problem with the new transmission that presented after the work had been completed. This was no problem for J&J. They worked with Reman to get it replaced and didn't charge me another cent. In addition to excellent service and honesty, James is a friendly guy who is always willing to do a ride along when we have any kind of mechanical issue. He is helpful in pinpointing any areas of concern. He will point you in the right direction if it's something he doesn't personally work on. We hope not to have mechanical failures, but when we do we know we can rely on J&J.

If this is the way he does business and has been doing business we feel sorry for the other many victims he has hurt and have been cheated by him. When all the other dealers wouldn't look at our car for another 3 days (or wouldn't look at our car at all) they said they could get us in the following morning at 7:30am (We called late in the afternoon). They gave us a quick update and said it could be fixed by noon. It was fixed by 10:30 am! They even offered to pick us up saving us an Uber or Lyft expense. Without them, we'd either be stranded in TX for another few days or have to spend hundreds on a rental car to take home and then drive all the way back from OK when it was fixed. They really saved our bacon. They are quick and curtious. I can't recommend them enough.

We began the paperwork process and we both took off of work on Monday to travel and finish the deal. The salesman we were dealing with called us less than 24 hours later to say they sold the vehicle. This is a very disappointing situation and not the way a professional business should be ran. I do not recommend using this dealership.

This time they were prompt, but when I went to pick it up I noticed they had charged me $26.05 for ONE spark plug. I thought it was a mistake and questioned it, the owner insisted they were super duper spark plugs and had cost him $21 and he added only $5 so I could have a warranty for the work. I got a little suspicious about the other items and since I knew the parts came from O'Reilly's, I checked each part # and this is what I found. I've attached a pic of the invoice if you'd like to check my numbers. Also, don't shops get a discount on parts? O'Reilly's Prices here are not sale prices. Using the part #s on the invoice PART O'Reilly's PRICE WHAT I WAS CHARGED Oil Filter $5.79 $14.27 Motor Oil $13.49 $18.95 Motor oil 5 quart $28.99 $69.58 Brake Fluid $8.49 $16.22 Automatic Trans Fluid $10.99 $29.87 Antifreeze $20.99 $71.98 Air Filter $26.99 $60.94 Cabin Air Filter $21.99 $39.00 Strut Assembly $209.99 $286.75 Shock Absorber $81.99 $156.08 Spark Plug $10.49 $26.05 Plenum Gasket Set $36.99 $54.08 Serpentine Belt $29.99 $55.20 SOME PARTS REQUIRED MULTIPLES. For instance, 6 spark plugs cost me $156.30. Plus a charge of $182.65 to install the plugs! Now, this only addresses the parts, my total invoice was over $3000, causing me to dip into savings. My recommendation for anyone using this shop ---get a parts quote upfront and check them out or go get the parts yourself and take them to them. That reminds me, I had a new, in the box, cabin air filter in my glove box. I got charged $39 for a cabin air filter and my new one is no longer there.

I was told this is buy here pay here. Later i found out there are multiple GPS trackers on your vehicle as well as a don't start deterrent that prevents your car from driving or starting if they choose. I was on autopay for $346 every other week and i made such without ever being late. on 09/13/24 my vehicle was repossessed for not having enough insurance on it. i called and spoke to Britney in Texarkana and she said we can work this out just make your payment and we'll get this fixed. I did just that. Monday i was told i cannot get my vehicle back unless i paid it in full. Now i have a repossession on my credit that show double the amount financed (56,000) of a 24,000 truck. And as i drive by the dealer today i see the vehicle all cleaned up and ready to be resold for the price i initially purchased it for. I looked this up and its suppose to go to auction and anything over is paid to me and anything under Autosmart can sue me for. I've reached out to these people and Lucas Ponder who is the Ceo i believe and no one will return my call. I've filed with the BBB and DPS on finding a solution. Now my credit is tarnished and this company does not tell anyone the truth or be up front. Their response is, its in the paperwork you sign. Anyone reading this know the amount of paperwork you sign when you get a vehicle. This was never explained to me about any GPS tracking, that it would be placed on my credit and that these proceedings would take place. I urge anyone reading this to stray away from Autosmart and Patterson, who is the owners of this. I'm seeking my credit to be deleted from this and willing to do all that is neccessary to make sure of such in court. Good luck and please never buy anything from these people.
