    Clear register at self-checkout
    James A.

Large Uniqlo with a very efficient checkout system able to handle large crowds. We came on Black Friday, and bought more of their popular men's jogger pants. They were $10 off, and most of the popular sizes were still available. As one would expect, there was a large crowd trying to checkout via one location. Uniqlo could teach other stores a thing or two about efficiency. First there is only one line, so don't have to worry about selecting a line. Second, there was an associate with a large sign indicating where the end of the line was exactly. Finally, once you got to the front of the line, if you were going to pay by credit card, you were directed to one of 6 self-checkout registers. Instead of scanning, you just toss all of your items into a small bin, and the register automatically scans everything at once. (Later I realized that each item had an RFID tag to allow you to do this). It was a little weird that it was this simple, giving you the almost feeling that you are being ripped off somehow. Nope, that's their process now and it certainly was welcomed on a day like Black Friday.

I've always had good experiences going to this Uniqlo. The selection is very nice and not bad for a Uniqlo with just one floor. I recommend Uniqlo for those looking for affordable everyday wear for the office or just lounging around. Colorways of clothing are fairly muted and not loud. My (male) partner usually prefers to shop at Uniqlo for his button up shirts, dress pants, and blazers. These have lasted for a few years of careful wear and care. This particular Uniqlo always has a hearty stock of exclusive anime shirts. Our last visit to Uniqlo had a good helping of the latest Spy x Family shirts which typically go out just like that on the website. All in all, good place to shop if you're looking for affordable everyday wear that will last with the right kind of care.

    This Uniqlo!

Never not get the PHYSICAL RECEIPT!!! Otherwise they don't RETURN your item!!!!!! If I knew this I would have never used the STUPID app!!! Don't trust the app. It's no use in terms of RETURN!!

This is a good store similar to H&M for inexpensive fashion. It's in the Del Amo Mall, located in the "luxury wing" towards where the indoor mall part (close to the customer service booth) opens up to the outside mall shopping area (where the AMC movie theater is outside).

No such policy posted behind the cashier (or anywhere else in the store).

Uniqlo is so goated for clothes. Quality is great and last a long time but it is on the pricey side but for me it is worth it

The fitting rooms at this location was dirty, there was dust all over the floor and the workers here are rude.

Return policy is a huge hassle. And everything is overpriced for the quality. Just go to H&M instead.

It says hours have been updated a few days ago but seems like nothing is open on the inner portion of Del Amo. Are they open or no?

The one in the Del Amo mall is the only UNIQLO I've been to, but I try to go as much as possible.

I cannot get over some of the designer items I have found here at outrageous prices. I feel like I'm a winner every time I come here because I get beautiful pieces as such great prices. THE NOT SO GREAT: Selling. Their process must be working because their inventory is outstanding. But it's not great to sell here. They take little and the money they give you doesn't cover the gas cost to get there. A waste. Bring your stuff across the street to Uptown Cheapskate (who's shopping experience is...gritty, not in a good way) or up to Crossroads Culver City (the best of the best, in my opinion). Pants. How are the pants and denim organized? Un-discernable. Any method other than organizing by size is laughable. I don't even look at pants here ever because who has time to search for the size tags? Request to management: organize by size and watch how much quicker you move pants!

I went to 2nd Street to sell some clothes, and they do things a little differently. Usually when…read moreyou sell clothes, you get the option of cash or store credit. The only option here was cash. This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12. I recommend for shopping NOT selling.

I usually shop at the other, larger outlet store, but decided to come check this one out when it finally opened. They sell shoes, of course, but they also sell socks, hats and key chains darned with their logo, records, and portable record players. The store is predominantly rows and rows of men, women, and children's shoes. They display each different shoe design on top, with boxes of shoes below on the shelves. Unless the display is up against the wall, then there are boxes of shoes above the display as well. My favorite shoes is the Skechers brand. They have very comfortable soles, so I look forward to wearing them when I'm planning to walk more than ten thousand steps. And because this is the outlet store, shoes are usually buy one get one at 50% off. Staff are friendly. On the weekends, they have free small bags of popcorn. The only problem I had was that it's help yourself, so it's not being monitored. They have their own parking lot, so there's plenty of free parking. There are two exits, however, only one opens up to Crenshaw. The other exit opens up to a neighborhood side street.
