It's not high pressure, they're part of our community. Service team is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and truly interested in making your car perform at its best. They don't cost a fortune, either. If you use the My Subaru app, you'll be current on specials and you can even learn your trade-in value. I definitely recommend if you're in the market for a Subi!

Now not even 3 mknths later his AC compressor has failed on the first time ever being used (it was 90° out the day it happened). Called the dealership back and explained the situation and said they wont commit to anything and I should call service to habe them repair since its past 30 days. This is my first time dealing with them as a dealer and I must say Im appauled that they dont stand behind their vehicles. They insisted when I bought this the car was in mint shape and would need nothing since they shpposedly went through it top to bottom. Buyer beware, these vehicles are not as they seem and their reputation does not match the service. I will never buy here again. Ill stick to Foss Motors who DOES stand behind their cars and would cover this if it were bougjt from them. In fact, since I have other cars with Foss they are giving me a 50% discount on parts and labor as a courtesy! Stay away from Ira Subaru of Manchester

We brought the issue to our service advisor, Tony, and the Service Manager, Bill. They reviewed the dealership's own check-in photos and confirmed that there was no crack in the windshield when our vehicle was received. Despite acknowledging that the windshield was intact at check-in, they refused to take responsibility for the damage because we didn't notice and report it before leaving the dealership. As customers, we don't think that's a fair way to handle the situation. If the dealership's own records show the windshield wasn't cracked when they accepted the vehicle, we believe they should stand behind their work and make things right. We tried to resolve the issue directly with the dealership before leaving this review, but they declined to help. We hope management reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future, because customer service isn't just about repairing vehicles it's also about taking responsibility when something goes wrong.

Rewriting this because I think my original review was too harsh and didn't properly reflect my…read moreexperience with Tulley of Manchester. I've been having my 550i serviced at Tulley for 3 years now and during that time there's been ups and downs with this dealership. TL;DR service not sales - First, the sales department seems to have poor customer service. When I inquired about an M2 the person I spoke with in sales was fairly disrespectful and condescending despite my far more expensive 5-series being serviced in the other room. Further, one day while waiting for service I was walking around the lot and fell in love with a 4-series they had out front. I was walking around checking it out when someone inside the dealership locked it! That was certainly a first for me anywhere especially the place that regularly services my vehicle. The sales department here is pretty much a no-go for me and I won't be purchasing any vehicles from this location. The lack of sales department is fully made up for with Tulley's fantastic service department. There's been some misdiagnosis and a mistake here and there but nothing too serious and these things do happen everywhere on occasion. Tulley's service department has gone out of their way to provide quality and fair service the whole time I have worked with them including driving loaner vehicles two hours away to my home for simple regular scheduled maintenance which is pretty impressive and much appreciated. There's always been a loaner car available to me even when it's fairly short notice and scheduling everything is quick and easy. Brian in particular has been extremely helpful and communicative and even with some issues recently he went above and beyond to help me out. My favorite part about service here though is that when you have an issue not only will they tell you what's wrong they will send you a video explaining and showing what needs to be done - it's common for mechanics to tell people things are wrong when they really aren't so this is a nice touch. Overall Tulley of Manchester is a pretty good place to have your BMW serviced and i'll continue to work with them in the future.

Final Update: I finally have a resolution, though it's not the one I hoped for. It turns out there…read morewas some initial miscommunication: under the specific terms of my contract, I am not eligible for a refund, even in the event of a total loss. While it's a bummer, I recognize that the dealership doesn't dictate those specific contract terms. In hindsight, this ordeal could have been avoided if I had been provided with or been more insistent on getting a physical copy of the contract during the initial purchase with Brian. Communication remained a hurdle until the end--I was told a form had been emailed to me days ago, yet it never appeared in my inbox or spam. It is worth noting that the dealership's responsiveness increased significantly after I posted an unfavorable review. I'm glad to have closure, but the process was more difficult than it needed to be. Perhaps setting an out of office message would be helpful so customers don't feel ignored.

I was nervous about the purchase because I am a full time PhD student and I was concerned about finances. Athanasios discussed my best options to keep me within my prescribed budget. After a careful review and a long discussion in which Athanasios answered all of my questions and concerns, I made the purchase. It has been about 4 months and I have had no complaints about the car. It is everything I hoped for. It is reliable and in great working condition. I am very satisfied with my decision and I hope to continue to do business with Enterprise (Manchester) and Athanasios.

I'm not a fan of car buying and I had gone 8 years without needing to do this. I submitted an application for financing through Enterprise and within maybe 10 minutes I had someone reaching out to me to set up a time to come in. Normally, I don't like this tactic because I feel like it's pushy, but they way it was done was very relaxed. I was contacted by Joel in the Manchester location. We set up a time for me to come in and test drive the car I was interested in. I told him up front about the need to leave to pick up my daughter from school and he was able to work around that with me. When I first went in, I was greeted immediately by Joel. Within the first 3 minutes I had about 5 people come over to introduce themselves. I kinda felt like a celebrity . The whole process, even though I had to leave and come back with my daughter, mainly so she could have her input on it, took a very brief amount of time. Very efficient, had plenty of people helping finalize it quickly and had no issues. I absolutely love the car and appreciate how easy the whole process was. This will be my first choice the next time I need to get another car.
