2025 Rogue SV is a good SUV but gas mileage should be better comparing to other SUV's i have had. Dealership dealings were ok at best. The idea is to get a payment number from you and not talk cost of vehicle you are buying. Never once was the selling price explained verses my trade in and the total price I only found out after going over the contract at home, they only wanted to get me close to a payment amount I was ok with then the finance department. They offered 0% but they mark up the price of the vehicle ! They were very friendly but I have learned to make sure i go over the contract to my understanding instead of trusting and then just keep signing pages they put in front of me. I wont be back to Team Nissan to buy another vehicle. read more

KBB guaranteed offer was $20,050 and the sales manager offered me $18,xxx telling me that was the KBB value and became arrogant when I questioned him, told me take it or leave it, it's your car. Didn't even care that I had a guaranteed offer from KBB. This is the 2nd time I've been to the dealership and experience is the same, no respect for the customer! Look i went in to buy a car they showed me a 31000 dollar car first they said 675 monthly payment then brought the price down to 599 then 582 but i said it had to be nothing over 4 they then show me a 2024 nissan kicks S and said 400 a month and they charged me 26000 for a 22000 dollar car they screwed me on the sale price I am pretty sure i could have gotten A 2025 Nissan kicks for that price. Buyer beware! This dealership practices deceptive online pricing of their vehicles. The price advertised online is not the price listed on the vehicle. In my case I was led to believe that a new 2024 Frontier PRO4X (been sitting on their lot for 80 days) had a sell price of $46,194.00 after special discounts. I test drove the truck only to discover that they tacked on an additional $8,000 of unnecessary dealer add on costs giving the truck a whopping $54,000 total sticker price. Total waste of my time test driving a truck I thought was priced at $46k. There is no transparency in their online pricing concerning the dealer add ons. It's a deceptive pricing strategy to get you the consumer in their door where they can proceed to slowly bend you over and screw you hard financially. There are plenty of honest Nissan dealerships in the area where I can take my business. The sleaze team at Team Nissan can keep their overpriced truck for another 80 days and go pound sand. Come to them with a price quote given by true Car via my employee car buying service. Did not honor and bumped up the price nearly 400 dollars claiming "someone was willing to pay full price". Sales rep did the classic "let me talk to my manager" line several times. Was willing to sell me a Nissan Leaf with a battery with capacity at 50% with no extended warranty for the battery for $10K. Car would be good for 50mi at full charge. Even as I walked away from the deal the guy was giving me the "those folks are going to buy the car" crap on the way out the door. The battery is at least $5500 plus labor to replace. Good luck to "those folks". Shame on Nissan for these shady business practices, and not standing by their product. As of 12/18/2020 they have notified the public that there are vehicles on their lot that are defective, have no resolution and they are selling them to the public. The advertised price basically doubled when my husband and son got to the dealership. The dealership tacked on a $5,000 package that is apparently mandatory and it pushed the monthly lease payments to $500. Online prices are misleading at best and false advertising at worst. Their excuse is that there is something in the fine print that allows them to add whatever they want to the final price. I did not see this fine print. My husband and I went back to either cancel the lease or negotiate a more reasonable monthly payment especially because of the hefty $4,000 down payment we gave them. Stay away from Manchester Nissan if looking for honest and fair trade in values. I stopped in at Nissan in Manchester to get an appraisal for my 2022 Altima. I had an older model Altima several years ago (much more roomy than than the newer model) and figured I would just get used it after driving a larger vehicle. Despite trying to make an intelligent decision with current gas prices, after 3k miles I just couldn't get comfortable, so I started looking for a larger trade in replacement. My 2022 Nissan Altima had just over 3k miles on it and was in pristine condition. Typical low ball, sweaty salesmen atmosphere. My randomly assigned salesman wouldn't give me a straight answer when I asked for an appraisal on the trade in. He kept insisting that I needed to fill out a credit application so they can give me the "best" deal despite my 800 credit score. I said there's no need to fill out an application if I'm not going to accept the offer on my vehicle. He went on and on with the fake smiles and the "why would we low ball you, you're at Manchester Nissan, we're gonna get you the best deal possible, we have no reason to low ball you" deal. I could tell just by observing the unprofessional manager on duty that this wasn't going to go well. A couple next to me didn't want to go forward with a purchase and the reaction and facial expressions of the manager told me exactly what kind of establishment I was in. After a long time of watching him and the salesmen giggle and joke around (which is whatever) my salesman comes over and gives me the most insulting low ball offer I had seen. Unfortunately they charge about $500 for this. I can get this done at my local car wash for about $50. the staff is combative and defensive if you bring it up (the manager is proud that he boasts he charges family members fees. He must be a JOY at holidays. They get even more testy if you bring up all of their bad reviews. I set up my service using their online system and included their advertised prices for the service specials. When I showed up the service rep asked what I was scheduled for and said he had no record of my scheduled services. He then quoted me the regular prices. I told him that I had scheduled using their service specials on their website. He then said, "I don't know if those coupons are still good." Okay, he is being an ass but I don't say anything. He looks through his records and says he can 'honor the prices." I'm thinking to myself, I booked thru your website with those prices. You are not honoring them, you are providing the customer what your already agreed to. At the end of the service, I was not given any sort of review of my car--problems that they notices, upcoming repairs that might be needed. I had to ask him if there were any problems. And upon noticing what was listed-- brake fluid flush needed, tune up needed, air filter needed. I once again did not say anything to him, but I just had the brake fluid flush done less than 4 months ago and you can do a simple visual of the brake fluid to see how clear it is; engine filter was replaced by me 3 months ago; and tune up done 5 months ago. So now I am wondering--did the trained Nissan mechanic even look at my car?? Most likely will not return there. read more

Update: Rob called me today to address this review. He told me about sending him pictures of the car and possibility of getting maybe a higher trade in but then would have to find another Subaru of the same. He also reinstated several times that the price was a good price and there was no room to move. Also no room to move on my trade in. Being less than KBB, NADA and other dealerships for trade is not competitive. Unless you are going to pay excactly what this dealership wants and less trade in I would look elsewhere I went in today to look at a 2019 Subaru they had for sale. It started off good but when it came to talking numbers it was terrible. (Ron) The salesman scoffed at me when talking about any money being taken off the vehicle. He said the internet price was the best price it is going to be. He also tried saying that the interest that I pay now versus the new car will not make that much of a difference. It makes a difference if the interest is 3 times different. They also pulled my credit score but were almost 75 points less than another dealership had pulled the day before. I did not get into any numbers if the credit score is so drastically different. They did not seem to want to work or budge on the pricing. I found a vehicle for sale a couple years later on line and it turns out it was a sales person posting for team Nissan under a personal profile. I told him about my last experience and was assured it was a fluke and I'd be taken care of . Hesitantly I bought another vehicle. About a day into owning it I noticed huge plumes of blue smoke. It clearly needed a valve job and seals. I had a warranty and brought the van in. The service manager is a piece of shit and tried telling me it was moisture( which would be white and a totally different issue) the vehicle was going through oil like crazy. I let him know he was wrong. Ultimately I got no where and he said they'd have to do a test and charge me for a valve job( which is covered under warranty) worst car buying experience ever. Stay away from this dealership. You will not get a good running vehicle and they don't stand behind their warranties. I brought it to my mechanic and it took him less than 5 mins to tell me what was happening. 3500 $ later and it was fixed. The service manager did everything he could not to help me out at all. UNTIL you have an issue. when I spoke to the Chrissy the "service advisor" today she hung up on me because she didn't want to hear any complaints. Sweet as sugar when your spending money though. This is an update to a previous review... After turning in the lease to our vehicle and purchasing a pickup from them I wrote the review. I was contacted by the general manager Ralph to rectify the situation. After some back and forth and refusal to understand my complaint he then projected the problem as me being RUDE. Instead of team Nissan trying to make it right due for all the info they withheld in the buying process he tells me to take my business elsewhere. Hahaha the truck still has a radio issue they didn't fix to begin with that they won't stand behind now and the free oil services that were part of the deal have been withdrawn hahaha. At no point was I rude in my words, merely stating facts that he took as an attack on him personally. I can now contact the BBB AND WMUR's consumer complaint department, as well as, the owner of this dealership AND Nissan itself to make sure you all know who you're dealing with before you walk in the door. These are the FACTS and mr GM can't understand why anyone would be "upset" by his customer service. It seemed that my grandmother was in the high pressure sales agreement with a car dealership from Toyota Nissan. I tried to call the sales supervisor and they would not move even though state of New Hampshire states a 72-hour could return the vehicle. But he kept noting that the bank has no such cooldown. Then to today when I showed up the advisor told me it's next week now..... then he just stands there staring at me, I go to leave, decide to see if they have any sooner appointments. I show on my phone the booking text that they send you, showing the day he goes oh ok and still makes no effort to help me other than telling me the appointments I want are full.... Guy could care less about wasting my time, or that whoever did the booking made a mistake. Still giving two stars cause it probably was an honest mistake and place looks nice and maybe other employees care more than him. To make a long story short, a few months ago my vehicle experienced an air bag recall issued out by Nissan but not specifically Team Nissan. Being an air bag recall (probable shrapnel in the airbag upon deployment) I would say that this was something that is extremely urgent and serious. I called two different Nissan locations (one in the state of Virginia and also Team Nissan in Manchester) and was told to bring my vehicle in, my vehicle would be kept on their property, and then I'd be issued a rental vehicle until the parts became available to fix my airbags. Fast forward a few weeks, I set an appointment to drop my vehicle off while making sure that there is a vehicle available for me to take home and everything seems to be going well. I arrive at Team Nissan and I'm told that there is no vehicle available for me and I'd have to come back.... wasted time. I set another appointment 2 weeks later and it's the same story, "we're supposed to have 2 rental vehicles coming in in a few days but we don't know when they're supposed to arrive." Can someone explain how you all don't know the ETA of an entire VEHICLE? These aren't packages one orders off of Amazon, but a vehicle that someone drives. Anyway, after having two failed in-person run ins, I call management. Another long story short, the first person was of no help and basically spewed statements that were learned in beginner's customer service class that did not help the situation at all. Yes, it's great that you understand that the situation sucks but if you can't help me give me the number of someone above you because clearly you aren't the decision maker. That person couldn't help me so I found another number and was given a solution that I was told to have been impossible just a few hours prior. A solution was given and all I needed to do was wait for the rentals to come in, 3 months passed and I never received a call back. The only call I received was when the parts came in. This story is extremely condensed, but my issue with Team Nissan in particular is that some of these employees don't seem to care for the customers in the least. I've been a vehicle owner with Nissan for 9 years and if there's an issue with my vehicle that was caused by the manufacturer that your company employed to build the vehicle, I expect for Nissan to fix the problem. I should not have to go back and forth with the company for 3-4+ months looking for solutions, I'm not receiving a paycheck from Team Nissan, therefore some who is should be using their problem solving skills and do the job they're being paid for. Even though this is the closest Nissan dealership to me, I'll never take my vehicle here again. There are nice people here of course, but one should not have to experience a 3-4 month run-around on something as important as a recall on possible shrapnel in the airbags upon deployment. I drove here to look at the car. The car had a big key mark down the side. While that didn't stop me from being interested in the car, I was hesitant. They offered me way lower for my car then any other dealership has (no exterior damage). I decided to skip buying here and the next day, their price on the specific car I like went up over a $1000 more. Beware of Team Nissan! In response to the reply: It does have an aftermarket exhaust but I did tell the sales man that my Jetta had a catalytic converter. Also the car I was looking at, the sales man did tell me the car looked good, which I would assume means no key marks. I will agree I couldn't bring my car there because I came down with my family so my car couldn't fit 4 comfortably. The Sales manager and salesman through multiple text messages had many opportunities to tell me that there was damage to both frontiers. YES DAMAGE !!!! Both 2019 used Nissan Frontiers had been hit in some way.....The sales manager NEVER approached me to apologize at all. Advertising vehicles that are damaged and not telling people. Our sales rep Tyler was new but was well trained and able to answer almost all of our questions about the process and the vehicle. He was happy to get support from other team members to fill in the blanks. We were treated with respect and patience. The vehicle fit our needs and the showroom was clean and inviting. I do feel a little bamboozled at the end with the extra products and services. I think our final payment per month went out of our heads and it wasn't until we got home we realized all the items at just $1 over cost was actually costing us $10 per month. Not sure why this place got so many negative reviews, but I had a different experience. Went in to purchase a loaded Armada. Did our homework and knew what the fair market value was and all dealer incentives. Also knew the wholesale auction price of our trade-in based on condition. Made a fair offer based on both values and they accepted. Easy peasy. They are aware that the consumer is more educated now and seem to embrace it. Only hiccups: 1. The carfax on our trade-in came in to show frame damage based on a previous accident. Not their fault at all as they were very up front with us and showed us the report even offering a copy. We believe that this was done by an unscrupulous body shop in a previous accident in order to get more insurance coverage, but nothing we could really do after the fact. Whlie it did lower the trade value of our car, they worked hard to find a buyer so it was not as significant as it could have been elsewhere. 2. Not crazy about the nearly $2K in "add-ons" from the 3M film, pin striping, lifetime inspection, wheel locks, etc... However, to be fair we completely ignored that when coming up with a fair price so it did not detract from our experience. Josh O'Shea was our sales rep and was outstanding to work with. Sales manager was great. Would easily buy a vehicle there again. read more
