Sam Did Me Right…read more.... This week I was vacationing up in Holderness, NH. I had a serious issue with my 22 year old S-500 Mercedez. It was driveable, but if I tried to drive it back to Richmond, Virginia it would've caused major damage to the car. I took it to Sam, and knowing that i was a long way from home, he put in front of the line, found the right parts in record time, and had the car ready for me the next day. (I had to guess which of my four tires actually needed air).. so I call back for them to fix that and the guy Ricardo, supposed Manager, wants to charge me because it was too long ago, he tried telling me someone else did that when literally my car hasn't been touched since them. He plain didn't care. They don't take accountability for their mistakes, Ricardo was rude on the phone, kept saying OMG and putting the phone down instead of hearing me out.. I will Never go there again and highly recommend you go elsewhere because if they mess up it's on you! They will steal your money. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

The day they finished the work they called to say it was finished, but no one was available at that time of day to get the car. I asked what time the next day they would be open so I could come over and get it. They couldn't give me a time, despite having posted hours on their door. Then they said "we really need cash." I asked if they could deliver the car, be in the car when my wife went to the bank in the car, get them the cash, and pay them. They said no. That delayed us a day and interfered with my wife's work schedule. OK, so trust in this company is out the window and they are not touching any of my current or future vehicles. If they had been up front about it they would have told me they wanted cash in the beginning. After driving the car I discovered it was making a sound like a card against a bicycle wheel, and later the wheel began squealing. I took it to another repair facility near work where I had many good reviews. They said the brake pad slides had no lubricant and there was a spring missing from the right rear caliper. It cost me another $200 to have the brake pads removed and the slides lubricated, reassembled, and the spring replaced. When I called T&R Customs about this they claimed no knowledge of missing lubricant and said the missing spring must be a faulty part, that they would never miss installing a part. They weren't even willing to listen about my experience dealing with them and hung up on me during the call.

He charged her $60. If a guy charges a little old lady the right price, someone with whom he could make up any story and she'd cut a check, he's an honest guy. Her car was an old Chevy. My two cars are a 1999 Toyota red convertible and a 2006 Honda. He always beats the RepairPal price by a few bucks and I've never had something suspiciously go wrong a week later, like happens with many other places, if you catch my drift. One time when I was busy up to my eyeballs and he'd told me twice I needed new tires, he offered to research and get some for me. I said sure, fine, and the price was a bit high but he said I needed these for winter driving, so fine. Months later when I had some time, I looked up tires in Consumer Reports, and there was one brand that was superior for both snow traction and wet pavement traction; that was the brand on my car. They were exactly the tires I'd buy if I researched them. Ladies, he's easy on the eyes too.
