Excellent place for car repair. I started taking my cars here about 7 years ago when my little old next door neighbor lady, in her 70's, asked me to drive her to pick up her car, which was towed in because it didn't work. He charged her $60.
If a guy charges a little old lady the right price, someone with whom he could make up any story and she'd cut a check, he's an honest guy. Her car was an old Chevy.
My two cars are a 1999 Toyota red convertible and a 2006 Honda.
He always beats the RepairPal price by a few bucks and I've never had something suspiciously go wrong a week later, like happens with many other places, if you catch my drift.
One time when I was busy up to my eyeballs and he'd told me twice I needed new tires, he offered to research and get some for me. I said sure, fine, and the price was a bit high but he said I needed these for winter driving, so fine. Months later when I had some time, I looked up tires in Consumer Reports, and there was one brand that was superior for both snow traction and wet pavement traction; that was the brand on my car. They were exactly the tires I'd buy if I researched them.
