Made an appointment on Saturday for tire rotation, alignment and check for source of a tripped TPMS…read moresensor. Was told the wait would be 1hr and 45 mins. Paid for the alignment at beginning of appt. At 2.5 hours checked to see why they were behind schedule. Noticed the time board and saw the service was indeed beyond schedule. The screen above was real time footage of the bay. No cars on lifts. No employee activity. After three hours, was told the car was ready. No apologies for the wait. Simply told they were short staffed. I get these things happen, but don't ask for payment upfront, give a false time estimate for a booked appointment and tell me you are short-staffed after the fact. In short, don't waste my time. Perhaps the service would have been quicker if purchasing a new set of tires. Will never know since I don't plan on buying any service there again. Maybe Town Fair didn't get around to marketing 101. It's more profitable to keep existing consumers than acquire new ones. Btw, the TPMS sensor tripped again after 20 minutes of driving on departure. Assuming they didn't check or are simply incompetent.
