I could not be happier with the outstanding service I received from the Billerica location, thanks to their newly-appointed Manager, AJ. He personally helped me with my choice of replacement rims for my SUV from start to finish. The end result totally transformed the look of my vehicle. AJ is, without a doubt, a very friendly and knowledgeable young man well-deserving of his recent promotion at this location. read more

Place upsells you on item you don't actually need replaced . For instance my vehicle needed 1 tire monitor replaced due to a bad internal battery. Then they came back and claimed I needed to replaced all 4 stating that the light would still be on which is completely false provided they actually relearn the monitors as you normally would. That was an extra $150 for nothing. Reluctant to do this but I had been waiting over 3 hrs and just said do it. I got the original monitors back and had no issues relearning the monitors while sitting in my drive way with no special tools., So now I have 3 spares. Additionally if you need any mechanical work ie ball joint, tie rod ends they will not do it and they will just send you to another garage only to have you come back. I found this out the hard way when they called na said my car was all set only to get there to have them tell me that they did the alignment but with bad tie rod end and to have it replaced and then come back. Why even waste my and their tiem doing a alignment on something if you cant even complete the job. Lastly if you need the winter tire change over they will not do it if you bring in a new tire but have no problem installing a dry rotted tire from a junk yard as part of the winter tire change over. make no sense from a liability standpoint. read more

Appointments say you may have to wait 45 minutes to get your car in past the appointment time. Fair. How about five hours?! They should refund for the Uber I had to take back and forth from work. The wait and rude staff unapologetic about the delay will take this service location out of my rotation. Also, my car is making an odd noise since having the work done there which I feel might be connected. Avoid!! read more

I went there because the right rear tire had a leak. They asked me about an alignment and i said yes because i knew it could use one. It included fix the leak, tire balance, rotation, and alignment. After a little over 1.5 hours, it was done. That was on a Friday. Over the weekend i lost 15 pounds of air in the same tire. I went back Monday and they couldn't find the leak. It became evident that they kept checking the right rear tire AFTER doing the rotation, so it was now on the front. Since they didn't do a relearn of the tp sensors, it was still showing up on the back. I will not be going there again for anything. That was a 3 Stooges mistake. read more

I've been using Town Fair Tire for over 10 years for new tires n service. Always a pleasant visit with a seating area with TV while the rotations, alignments were completed. read more

Made an appointment on Saturday for tire rotation, alignment and check for source of a tripped TPMS sensor. Was told the wait would be 1hr and 45 mins. Paid for the alignment at beginning of appt. At 2.5 hours checked to see why they were behind schedule. Noticed the time board and saw the service was indeed beyond schedule. The screen above was real time footage of the bay. No cars on lifts. No employee activity. After three hours, was told the car was ready. No apologies for the wait. Simply told they were short staffed. I get these things happen, but don't ask for payment upfront, give a false time estimate for a booked appointment and tell me you are short-staffed after the fact. In short, don't waste my time. Perhaps the service would have been quicker if purchasing a new set of tires. Will never know since I don't plan on buying any service there again. Maybe Town Fair didn't get around to marketing 101. It's more profitable to keep existing consumers than acquire new ones. Btw, the TPMS sensor tripped again after 20 minutes of driving on departure. Assuming they didn't check or are simply incompetent. read more

Best tire shop in the area. Got me in the same day for the best price around. Got a balance rotate alignment and new tires for a great price and excellent service. Go see Michael there he will get you right! read more

Apparently if you choose the wrong drop box for your keys your an idiot and should be talked to like your a moron but having left the description of your vehicle and the keys and plate number on the keys along with the appointment time then the customer is still wrong and they'll say well you should have put the keys in the other drop box. Counter customer service is a joke. Instead of trying to resolve the issue they just blow you off. Except for one kid who truly tries to fix the problem but at 4:30 on a Friday it's just to late. Wish I new the workers names so I can give credit to the person who tried to help and the employee who was just an asshole read more

Just had an alignment and rotation today great service . The price was a great value. Thanks to all and thanks to Nate for double checking my tire pressure. I'll be going back again for a free rotation in 5,000 miles. read more

I went today to have two tires replaced, Michael was super helpful and made the process super easy!

I had made a 8:00am appointment for today, my 2009 jeep wrangler had slow leeks in two tires I had thought it might have been value steams, the tire mechanic spent time and found a nail in both tires, during the work Mike from behind the desk kept me updated on what was going on, I paid and left very happy, received a call that they found my wallet outside the front door and that they had it behind the desk, once again very happy with the people working there and the service I received.. read more

Horrible service! I woke up to a flat tire. I took off the flat tire and noticed there was a screw in it. So, I drove down to Town Fair Tire of Billerica to have the screw removed and have the tire put back on. I told the customer service rep what happened and he told me that if the tire was not in good condition, then he could not repair the tire. In other words, they were looking for a sale. I told the customer service rep that the screw was in the center of the tire, and I did not drive on it. I did not give the customer service rep what they wanted to hear. So, he said he was going to get his manager. When he got the manager, the manager told me. That "eight people called out today because it was so hot and I did not make an appointment". Mind you, there was not one person in the place and the store had just opened. I then said to him do you want me to go somewhere else then? And then he said you could go to 3A Gulf gas station. When I tried to tell him how dissatisfied I was with the customer service, he walked away when I was still talking. He couldn't even give me the curtesy of listening. I wish I was his manager, he would be retrained in customer service. I can honestly say the ONLY piece of HELPFUL customer service from the manager I received was suggesting I go somewhere else. So, as it was suggested by Town Fair Tire, I went down to 3A Gulf and got my tire fixed within 30 minutes for $35. Shout out to 3A Gulf for quick, friendly and cost efficient service! Btw, TFT, THAT is how a customer is supposed to be treated. I was going to use Town fair Tire in October to buy all four new tires for my SUV, but I'd rather give my business to 3A Gulf for THEIR stellar customer service! If I could have given them minus stars I would have. Straightened up TFT!!!! read more

Great customer service. Michael went above and beyond to help my experience. I'll definitely recommend the Billerica location to friends and family. read more

If I could give zero stars to these clowns I would. On Thursday, 11/05/24, I had a 2:30PM appointment to replace 2 tires. I showed up to have the work done and the tires I ordered were not on site. I was told the delivery truck was late and they could not give a time when the truck was arriving. I rescheduled for Monday, 11/09/24, at 11:00AM. I showed up at 10:50AM for the appointment. I left the vehicle and was advised that it would take a couple of hours. I took an Uber to return to work. I returned at 4:00PM by Uber to pick up the vehicle and it had not even entered the garage for the service. FIVE #$%^*@! HOURS. I received all kinds of apologies but I wasn't having it. I took the vehicle and left. These guys are real amateurs. I can understand running a little late but this is ridiculous. I have been a long time customer of Town Fair, I have 4 vehicles and I will NEVER go back. SUCH BS. read more

Overall ok service. Would rate the overall experience as a 2.5 stars. One of the main "perks" for purchasing tires from TFT is the free tire rotation. What I don't understand is that when you book an appointment for a certain time and day, I was still told that there is up to a 90 minute wait... to rotate four tires which when a appointment is scheduled is no more than a 30 minute task at best. TFT should try a little harder to accommodate folks with appointments, rather than just treating them as another walk in and wait your time customer, especially repeat and long term customers. read more

I won't go here any more. I went in for the free tire inspection. My tire were 30 months old with 45K miles. A junior service person looks at my car, says tires are too worn out to rotate - tread is too low and dry rot is starting. I call BS, oil was just changed at Toyota, tires checked out fine (5/32 - 7/32 range). I say I'm leaving, junior guys says wait I'll get the manager. Manager checks car, says tires are in the yellow in some spots but he will rotate them if I want. I decline. My sense is that they are upselling unneeded new tires and I don't trust them with my business. read more

Very disappointed with Town Fair Tire, never going to use they service anymore!! 3 years ago I bought all 4 tires in their store and with that is for life of tires included FOR FREE tire rotation, flat tire service and balancing . I never use any of those freebies ( my bad ) . The other day I visit office in Billerica and told them that I would like to rotate tire , person who worked there get out to check and he sad its fine i have that for free and recommended to in sooner time considering changing tire . We schedule service next day ,but was other guy that day who told me i have to pay for it?! After talking with him and proving that i DO NOT have to pay ( and he finally figure it out that I am wright ) he comes out to check tire and told me nonsense : We can not rotate tire because need to be changed WTF !! I told him you rotate my tire and do not worried about wear and tear !! He just refuse to do that keep telling me should be hanged ?!?! I just left speechless about rude client and unprofessional client treatment . My rating of service is 0 or if something less than that existing ! read more

Town Fair Tire - Lots of tires - Tires Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

Place is racist! Declined services for me because I had spacers on the rear of my car, what does spacers have to do with tire balancing? I had booked appointment for today came in early and was told to wait. Pass my appointment schedule and then denied me. Will never give my business to this townsfair tires or any other townsfair going forward. read more

I brought a vehicle into the Billerica location to have 4 tires put on my bosses wife's car. Mark Anderson was extremely helpful and thorough. We had discussed tire options ahead of time so by the time I got to the store I just had to hand him my keys. Within 90 minutes he called to let me know the car was all set. When I returned I was out of the store within 5 minutes. My company has 15 trucks in our fleet and we only bring them to Mark for tires. He is amazing at what he does!! I needed to replace my front two tires. they had bulges that were clearly visible. they called to let me know it was done. after I paid fir the service, i found out that they replaced the two rear tires and left the two bad ones at the front. this clearly states they did not pay attention or inspect the problems. I had to sit there while they scrambled to find the two good tires they were ready to throw away. fir my inconvenience and waiting, they did not offer me anything, that would have been a nice gesture. all in all, this time, unda service. read more

I just want to shed some light on an employee Town Fair tire who did something as simple as changing my tire right as they were closing. I know this seems like such a small task but the guy was so nice and he saved me a triple a call as well as winding one of those flimsy jacks with a boxers fracture. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name bud but but people like this are the face and Frontline of a company and I think management should really pay attention to these kinds of roles at any job because these were interactions happen customer loyalty is established as well as a pleasant experience. again sorry I didn't catch your name if you read this thanks for being kind and being super quick even though you were closing. read more

Jon is a true asset to TFT. EVERY time I come to the store for air in my tires or information, Jon helps me out. Always Helpful, very knowledgeable, and pleasant. Kudos to the manager who hired Jon. This week I stopped by for air in my tires. Jon met me out back with a smile and happened to notice I needed to replace my tires. I placed the order online as Jon taught me to do. When I came in for my appointment, Jon once again greeted me and handled all my questions with ease. Pickup - you guessed it - Jon. If you need tires or anything to do with tires, Jon is your man. 5* service. I will be back. Thank you Jon. read more

I had a flat back tire. Went here to get it fixed. They told me I had to replace both my back tires, which I did that's fine. Then they proceeded to tell me they couldn't align my tires because of a past "accident" I was in I had a bent tie rod in my back right tire. I was CHARGED for the alignment they gave me a 90 day warrantee said go and get your tie rod fixed and we'll align your car for free. I brought my car to a mechanic to get my "tie rod fixed". I never had a bent tie rod and the mechanic aligned my car just fine. Also let me in on the fact town fair tire gave me a PHONY tire. And so all in all they charged me for both tires and an alignment even though one of my tires was phony and I never had a bent tie rod. read more

Very poor service. Brought in 2 cars for tire change and alignment. Car 1 was for all 4 tires replaced and wheel balance and alignment. Car 2 was for wheel balance and alignment. I've been there a few times and the results are really mixed. I think it depends on who happens to help you. I recently went in for a set of 4 tires. I waited 10 minutes while the guy that eventually waited on me did some paperwork. Got an "I'll be right with you" at the beginning. Then he tried to sell me tires, an alignment (it was just aligned), valve stems (has TPS sensors, no stems), hazard protection, etc. In the end it was almost $1000 for 4 tires. Bought them online for $100 ea and $68 to mount and balance. Another time I went in to get some tires rebalanced and the guy was great. Seems hit or miss. read more

I have been here numerous times over the last 10+ years for the 3 cars that I own. On many occasions I have researched a particular tire for my Infiniti50 or one of my SUV's and they have either had it in stock or were able to get them within a day or so. My most recent visit I worked with Duane who was able to special order me a tire. I set an appointment for two days later, ya two days because I wasn't able to make it the next day. He got my tire that fast. When I went in at the scheduled time they took my Pathfinder on time as promised and in less than 20 minutes I was happily driving away. Over the years the have even fixed a couple of flats for nothing. This is the place to go, best prices and service. I wouldn't consider anyplace else. read more

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nick - assistant manager is extremely rude and literally through my key at me because I told him I didn't want to talk to him and I only wanted to deal with his boss directely. William - general manager told me he preformed a realignment on my car and did NOT. That was after I told him my car was drifting to the left. I do not write reviews because I understand that people can have bad days and make mistakes but this town fair tire should be closed down. I know it's a bit harsh but I literally was lied to and they didn't do the work they said they did. They talked me into buying milestar and they claim that they are just like michelin tires because the tread is the same. Cheaper too. So I bought 4 new ones and got the balance/alignment done. My car felt like it was floating so I exchanged them a few weeks later for the michelin pilot sports a/s. I brought it back a day later and told them that it pulls to the left and Bill said he did a realignment. He didn't because I brought it to another location and they realigned it and it drives perfect now. There are more details of how bad I was treated but all you have to know is they are unprofessional, not trustworthy, and not a place I would recommend even if they paid you to work on your car. BTW, I just read a 5 star comment below and I think town fair posted that themselves. read more

Went in to buy a couple new tires since I had a flat on my front driver's side. I should have looked the flat tire over but I have never had a flat that could be repaired, so I didn't even bother. They definitely could have taken advantage because I did not pay attention. I'll be going back here for tires when I need them. read more

Poor service, I drove in with a flat tire, my car was immediately taken to the back, saw the technician take the tire off my car and then walked away, 30 minutes later he still not working on my tire, there's a monitor on the main lobby where you can see the mechanics work on the car and this guy is not doing anything at all to my vehicle, I can see my car and my tire is just leaning against the wall...if I can give this place a zero star I would but the app won't allow me, crappy service!! read more
