Lucky for me, the home office is located in north Scottsdale so I contacted them through their website to determine my options. Within a few days, I received a response from Karon who let me know that she would be able to help me. She kept me informed while she gathered information to exchange the broken glasses for an identical pair. She was also flexible with her schedule to facilitate the exchange. I watched them fall apart in her hand as she was gently folded the stems to walk into church on February 8th. A washer had fallen off the glasses. I brought them into to Sunglass Hut in Desert Ridge for repair (where I bought them). I was told that it would take 5 to 7 business days for the parts to arrive. After 2 1/2 weeks there was no communication so I called and was told that parts were delayed due to the snow storm in New York. I waited another 2 weeks and went into Sunglass Hut today 3/8/2026 to be told that the order for the part was randomly cancelled without notifying me. I asked why and was given some lame, non-sensical excuse. I then asked for an exchange for a new pair and was told it would be a $40.00 copay. Co-pay for a defective pair of sunglasses that my wife barely had a little over a month to wear??? I asked the Manager if bad Yelp and Google reviews were worth $40.00 and He said "It's up to you!" So here we are waiting for another 2 weeks for a simple washer to repair the glasses. Guess what...I do not bluff when it comes to poor attitudes and poor customer service.
