Amazing service! Parked on the street at the "24 min parking" spot in front of the building. I…read moreliked that they didn't try to upsell me. Just asked what I came in for (car wash) and went to work. Best hand wash place I've been to for a car wash. Great value, I have a Subaru Outback and it was $40 for the car wash. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend comes here regularly to get her car cleaned, and since I hadn't had mine…read moreprofessionally cleaned in a couple of years, I was actually really excited to try it out. First thing to note--this place is easy to miss. I embarrassingly drove right past the entrance the first time because it's a pretty small opening and hard to spot if you're going even a little fast. Had to loop around the block and try again. Also, there's only space for about two cars to queue before you're basically spilling into the street. My girlfriend and I parked one behind the other, and honestly, another car behind us would've been halfway in the road. There is street parking nearby though if their little alcove is full. When we pulled in, there was a ton of activity--cars constantly moving through, getting cleaned, etc.--so it's clearly a popular spot. My girlfriend mentioned there have been times she's come and had to leave because the line was backed up into the street, so I think we got pretty lucky timing-wise. Price-wise, I think it's solid. For an exterior wash + interior clean, it felt reasonable. Since we came together, I think they held our cars to finish around the same time, so it ended up taking about 1-1.5 hours. Honestly not bad, especially since there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants within walking distance if you want to kill time. They also have a really nice waiting area--I even saw someone working on their laptop, so I'm guessing they might have Wi-Fi too. Now... my one big issue. They threw away my parking sticker. You know those apartment gate stickers that automatically open the gate? I had mine on my dashboard (still on the original backing because I sometimes lend it to friends who watch my cats). I get that it might not have been in the usual spot, but it very clearly wasn't trash. What made it more confusing is that they didn't even fully clear out small trash in my car--there were still a couple random paper/sticker backing pieces left behind, so it's not like they were just tossing everything indiscriminately. Also, for context--my car was clean going in. I don't keep stuff in my car beyond a reusable grocery bag or my tennis bag sometimes, and this was one of the rare times I even had a little bit of trash. So I don't think this was a situation where my car was cluttered and something got accidentally swept up in a bigger cleanup. That part was honestly frustrating. Overall, I would come back because they did a good job cleaning the car and the price is fair--but I'd definitely make sure to remove anything remotely important beforehand so there's no confusion next time.

Two incorrect mirrors were obtained, which the owner acknowledged in writing, stating that his vendor had sold him "2 wrong mirrors." After the first incorrect mirror, I made additional payments because I was repeatedly assured the correct mirror would be obtained. I even specifically asked for confirmation that the replacement was the correct one and was told yes. Ultimately, I never received the correct mirror I paid for. After months of trying to resolve this, I requested a refund. Instead, I was offered partial refunds that required me either to keep a mirror missing an option I specifically paid for, or have my original broken mirror reinstalled while being charged for labor. I even offered to accept $625 instead of the full $725 just to resolve the matter. That offer was rejected, and I was told, "See you in Court." I have retained the payment records and written correspondence documenting everything. As a customer, I paid what I was asked to pay and expected the correct part to be provided. After $725, two incorrect mirrors, additional payments, and months of back-and-forth, I still did not receive what I paid for. I'm sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision.

I used to hire a mobile vendor, but there were too many inconsistencies, and for the same amount I was paying them, I get far better quality and care here. Manager Gavin and Detail Master José always take care of my truck and make it look car‑show ready. The amount of detail José and his team put into their work under Gavin's supervision is unmatched. I leave knowing my truck will shine for days, if not weeks. I always get the Executive Wash Package because it's well worth it. There's no other way to go -- the results speak for themselves. And it's a must to tip José and his team; they take their time and pay attention to every single detail. Bringing my truck here has become part of starting my weekend the right way. If you're looking for a true 5‑star hand car wash and detailer, this is the place. Trust me -- you'll leave knowing your vehicle will outshine anything else on the road. The quality is consistent every single visit.
