This has been the best uniform experience I've ever had. Zach helped us and did a great job. Great communication and easy to work with. We did two sets of jerseys (total about 45) for a men's baseball team and a men's softball team. Once the final edits were complete on the design (total custom), the turnaround was quick. Jerseys turned out better than expected. I've gone through about 6 uniform experiences and each had its own issue. Could not be happier. Price-wise, it was comparable with competitors, but the jersey quality and final product make it a value. Zach / Uniforms Express will be my go to going forward and will recommend every time. read more

Terrible horrible customer service. Never spoken to anyone on the phone but their answering service says they will call you back within 15 minutes. It's been 19 days and counting. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. We are still waiting for our baseball pants. Baseball season has already began and still no pants. What a horrible company. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Not only never shipped the order but actually lost it as well. Don't bother calling them, they say you'll get a reply in 15 minutes but you won't get one in 15 years. They are cheap for a reason because you get exactly what you pay for. read more

Screwed up our jerseys twice and they have a no refund policy. Gave me a new ship date which is halfway through our season.

This company has terrible reviews for a reason. Long story short, I placed an order for 11 full baseball uniforms and paid (hats, jerseys, pants, socks, belts). After I paid, I was told that the hats could not be produced - and they would cancel the hats order, refund the hats portion. I agreed. However it has been two months and they refuse to refund me the amount for hats that were never ordered/produced. I have been in contact with my bank and the BBB - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! read more

Decent products, but high priced and the absolute WORST customer service. I've done 4 orders through these guys, 3 of them have been weeks late. Getting refunded for their "on time guarantee" seems to be near impossible, and even getting them to call you back is its own puzzle. Definitely not doing a 5th order here. read more

If you are reading this review, please get your running shoes close by. I will tell you why in a second. We made the foolish mistake of placing a jersey and hats order with Uniform Express for three youth baseball teams. The jerseys arrived one week late and were skin tight dri-fit, all of which were about one size too small. Nonetheless, we persevered as this would turn out to be the least of our problems. Our hats were supposed to arrive with the jerseys and we certainly would have settled for a one-week delay. Instead, once we contacted customer service, they had no update to offer on the hats. It must be noted that I use the term "customer service" very loosely as there is zero intent to assist the customer. Now, this is not the fault of the customer service agents (Jay & Liseth) as they are both kind & courteous. The issue is that they rely on Geoff Samuels, the CEO, for updates on orders and these updates never arrive so the merry go-round goes as follows: ask customer reps for updates, they ask Geoff, Geoff doesn't provide an update and round and round we go. As of now, the hats are now 18 days late. We still don't have an update, a tracking number, an apology, an offer to comp some/all of our $900.00 worth of hats and 45 families who have been playing baseball for weeks on end without hats that match their jerseys. This is truly a rink-dinky scam shop in which Samuels haphazardly controls the levers, resulting in complete mayhem at every turn. It appears that I'm not alone in my one-star rating. Now, you see your running shoes, please lace those up and ran as far and as fast as you can away from this company. read more

I placed a team order. Each girl received 2 uniforms. When i was communicating with this company aka Derrick, i kept saying everything looks great but this 1 part, i have screen shots of our conversation talking about this error. They never fixed it. Sent out the uniforms. We received them. I contacted them, and told them about the same issue. They said they would refund me about 1/3 of it. Received an email stating i will have it in 14 business days. 6 months later still no check, still have the messed up uniforms. It's not fun going to a college showcase with these uniforms. Our girls are very unhappy. I honestly believe this is a 3 man crew, Derrick who takes all the calls and designs everything, possibly his wife who i deal with about the refund and who ever makes the uniforms. This wasn't the 1st error with this company. We had an issue with them during our rec season. They then said they stopped making the shirts in Mexico and now everything is done here in the US. We will not be using this company again. And i guess we are taking a loss. Great thing to do to 13 to 16yr olds. I can fwd anyone these email conversations and also compare the old uniforms with this company compared to the new not correct uniforms. read more

Customer service is the absolute WORST I've ever dealt with and this runs all the way up to Caitlin the sales manager. I've done business with this company several times before and i was lucky to have 1 good experience. I've called, emailed several employees and am basically throwing thousands of dollars at them and no one has returned emails, calls etc. The arrogance in the sales team is unparalleled. So, I found myself a couple of more reliable, friendly alternatives our I.S.D is going with. We currently wear Boombah and we owe UE for turning us away and onto a better overall product. read more

I have utilized this company for three years. When initially attempting to gain your business, the customer service is great. Once they receive payment it seems the customer service goes out the window. The initial jersey we ordered were great quality. We ordered an alternate jersey the following year, along with more of the current jerseys, and the quality was less than desirable or acceptable, and some of the jerseys had a misspelling across the front, which is an embarrassment for the players, parents and organization. NO discount or compensation offered for their mistake. Ordered custom pants and they were the worse quality pant we have ever had. Never again. Order more of our original jerseys and we are now sitting at 5 to 6 weeks. Was promised last week and then was told it would be this week, with a guaranteed delivery of March 8th. Never received the tracking as these were scheduled for NDA - Next Day Arrival. I cannot get a tracking number, customer service rep Michael Brunker, or anyone to respond to emails or voicemails. EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE. We will be finding a new supplier. read more

This must be the most awful, and unresponsive company that I have ever done business with. My initial experience started off great, very responsive, great artwork/specs, however, once you place the order and provide them with payment, your experience with go from efficient to inefficient. No communication. Our order was 2 weeks passed our delivery date (even with the guarantee), they will not respond to your phone or email concerns. They have zero experience in serving customers and/or service recovery. They have an office address in Chula Vista, however, all of the items are produced in a factory in El Salvador where they have zero control - no communication. They do NOT have the ability to communicate with their factory to process or expedite orders that were incorrect. I was promised a call back from Manager Alejandra and never received it. It's hard to believe all the endorsements on their website are authentic, as this is not an acceptable way of doing business. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you decide to use them, please use a credit card company that will dispute the charge for you, such as Amex, etc.... You will need it. read more

We ordered "letterman jackets" through Uniforms Express. I dealt with Derek. Not only was he rude and pushy, but we have all of our documentation of where we ordered jackets in November (via fax confirmation). We ordered through a school PO. Long story short, we didn't get our jackets until almost May because they said they were not ordered. We were promised they would be in beginning of March then middle of March then end. And the only way we got those update were because we called and bugged them. read more

Uniforms are nice, but service was terrible and sales people are misleading. I was confident to work with them because they guarantee delivery. Our guaranteed delivery date came and we didn't get our order. When I inquired, we were told they should be about a week behind due some changes they made in their organization. This was frustrating but not the end of the world. However, we were told that part of our order was on backorder and would be another month. We canceled this part of the order so that we could get them from a local vendor. The order wound up being 3 weeks late, missing a third of our season, and it took over a month to refund back the part of the order that was canceled. When inquired about the guarantee, they pointed out the fine print that they didn't bother to tell us, which was that you only had a guarantee if you paid 100% up front. Had we have been told this, we would have gladly paid all up front but we paid the amount they asked us to pay. This is misleading and they didn't mention this loop hole up front. They made changes that affected our order, but they take no responsibility or care to make any offer to make it up to us. Too bad, so sad. We can get good uniforms from a reputable company in the future as we won't be back and hope others beware. read more

In order to review this company I had to give them a rating. But they do not even deserve one star. I had the EXACT same experience as Michael M. & Ben P. I was in charge of ordering new jerseys for our whole rec league. I ordered around 300 jerseys & caps. Spent close to $15K. Apparently our league has used them in the past & was very pleased but it was a different rep who helped back then. Caitlin Haley was the rep I used (the 'VP" of sales) & as Ben P. posted, helpful at the beginning but then the wheels fell off. We had one whole division of t-shirts that she dropped the ball on. This was for our youngest division & for a lot for these families; their first experience with our league. So not a great start for them. Some of the sizing was off so we had to re-order more which was another slow process. Some of the re-orders game in different material than the originals. I got a whole second set of jerseys & caps for one team that I didn't even order. Their fault, not mine. That teams is set for next year cuz I did not send them back. Two separate times I got caps for the Orioles when it was supposed to be the Giants. Requested compensation for all of her mistakes & a month later I still do not have it. I guess since we paid by check it's a slower process requiring the signature of the owner whos only in house 2 days a month. Countless unanswered emails & voice mails. And since she's the 'VP' she doesn't not have a supervisor I can complain to. read more

I've responded to an email from Caitlin Haley who is apparently the "Vice President of Sales" twice in regards to getting customs uniforms made for my two baseball teams. She doesn't respond. It's been nine days. Time to move on. read more

I worked with Andrew Stuebe, this was a pretty large order for my adult league team 18 jerseys. He was great listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford. He was helpful and provided a real timeline and stuck to it. Jersey were great quality and done exactly how we discussed. I would give them more stars if I could. Thanks Uniform Express. read more

Excellent customer service with a great product that is reasonably priced! After finding their website through hours of searching for the right uniform company, I sent an inquiry on pricing and customization, which they called me within 24hrs and we began the process. Their communication was prompt, making it very easy to work through any concerns or design issues. The designs were spot on with the my over the phone description and with a few minor tweaks the design group were very willing to fix, the shirts came out awesome! After receiving the uniforms everyone loved them as the material is light-weight and breathable with all the design sublimated there is no worries of numbers or names pealing off. If you are looking for customizable uniforms for a great all-inclusive price, look no further! read more

Stay AWAY!! They should have negative stars!! Made payment in November of 2018 and as of March 19, 2019 still don't have our order. Working with VP-Caitlin Haley. I have asked that we be refunded but they will not return emails or phone calls. I have now filed a credit card dispute with our bank. read more

do not bother! customer service is as bad as it gets, and good luck getting your order right the first 20 times!

The sales team was very service focused, promising to take care of you until your order gets put in and you pay for your uniforms. After that, customer service goes out the window. Paid for a rush order with a guaranteed ship date. I kept trying to follow up with the sales team up until the day before, and if I was able to get ahold of my sales rep, I was lied to and told everything was fine. Turns out they didn't even start production until the due date. Even though I told them it was absolutely unacceptable, they still stalled and avoided my calls, until the uniforms showed up the day before our first tournament. Was promised compensation, and a follow up call from somebody senior within the company, but have seen neither. Was looking forward to being a repeat customer, but that's not happening now. read more

To tell you how awful my experience has been, I haven't even received our uniforms yet and I'm already done with these people. The only reason I used them was because the head coach sent me a link and told me which uniforms he wanted me to order. Our previous uniforms were from a local shop here in the city. They were awesome to work with and everyone could run up, get fitted and pay for their own uniforms. The uniforms were half the price and they worked with me to design an awesome logo. Uniforms Express said we could use the logo no problem, and had a special running. Unfortunately by the time I got every size I needed from everyone the sale was over and UE wouldn't honor it even though I started the process during the sale. Then I found out they couldn't use my logo after all. Then to make matters worse our season just started and still no uniforms. So to summarize I have now spent over twice as much on new uniforms that don't even have our logo on them and we are currently playing in our old original uniforms anyway. To add insult to injury I can't get anyone to even respond to my many voice mail messages and emails. I seriously hope some of you read these reviews before you place your order. read more

I own a baseball/softball facility that has its own travel teams, Coach summer collegiate league and I have never left a single review good or bad for any company. However, my experience with uniforms express customer service and management has been the absolute worse experience in any business dealing in my life. I normally go through Mizuno but thought with a guarantee, I will try Uniforms Express. My softball teams jerseys are currently 11 days overdue and for the last two and a half weeks I have called every day for a status and I just get a different rep giving me the same lies as the last. "Production is behind but we will call the factory and update you today by email or phone call." I have yet to receive a single email or phone call and still no update. I have asked to speak to the production manager and they only tell me she is on another line but will get back to me by the end of the day. Again, never a work or message from the production manager, this is the broken record I receive every day. I am amazed this company stays in business. Who knows if my girls will ever receive the jerseys...never again will I ever deal with this company again and they just lost over 300 future uniform orders. read more
