My family has been going to Berry's for decades for baseball gear and we experience amazing service…read moreevery time. Most recently, a few weeks ago we started looking for a LL catcher's helmet for my son for fall ball. We went to all the bigger athletic stores, which carried maybe 1 random helmet. We walked into Berry's and there were at least 10 helmets -- different sizes, colors and brands to try on. My son found one he loved, great price -- wrong color -- but he didn't care. However, by the time we got to the cash register the gentleman helping us had already looked up the helmet and was special ordering it in the color my son wanted -- without us having to ask!?!? In one week, I received a call that the helmet was in the store ready to pick up. I am a person who expects outstanding, no-nonsense, no-pressure customer service from experts in their field, and that is exactly what Berry's provides. Moreover, the product selection exceeded my expectations. Both the service and products surpassed anything a big-box store would or could do. Thanks, Berry's!

I've been shopping at Athleta for over 10 years. I've found that their clothes usually fit me well,…read moreare reasonably comfortable and stylish, and are well-made. Athleta is one of the four main brands that Gap owns (Gap, Athleta, Old Navy and Banana Republic), and as a result, their customer service and return policies have always been solid. I also appreciate that Gap is based in California. I popped into the Fashion Valley location today, with the intention of looking for for some summery casual pants and possibly some new t-shirts. The store was nicely organized and the displays were welcoming. Sally provided excellent customer service from start to finish as well, and I was very impressed with her upbeat personality and kindness. Thanks for being a day brightener, Sally! I tried on a couple of things, and decided on some cute black pants with a white stripe. Super comfortable and flattering on. The other stuff I tried on was either cut a little weirdly for my shape, or too small. But, I'm happy with my pants. Athleta tends to be a little bit less costly than Vuori & Lululemon and not as pretentious, although their prices still skew on the higher side for athleisure in general. So while I do shop at all of these stores, I find the experience to be the most pleasant at Athleta. Mahalo!

Andrea was incredibly knowledgeable about the product lines and helped me find the perfect pieces for my active lifestyle. She offered great suggestions based on my needs without being pushy, and her enthusiasm for the brand was contagious. Bella was equally attentive and went above and beyond to check the back for sizes and even helped me coordinate different pieces together. What really stood out was how both Andrea and Bella balanced being helpful without hovering they gave me space to browse but were there instantly when I needed assistance. Their genuine friendliness and product expertise made what could have been a quick shopping trip into an enjoyable experience. The store itself is beautifully organized and well-stocked on the upper level of Fashion Valley, conveniently located near the dining terrace. But honestly, it's employees like Andrea and Bella who make Athleta stand out from other activewear stores in the area. They're clearly passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of service they provide. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Andrea or Bella if you want a personalized, pressure-free shopping experience! @neeks93 on insta

We walked in on a Saturday morning and while there were a couple of parties ahead of us, we were still seen in a timely manner without having an appointment. While we waited for our turn, we browsed around the store with its decent collection of clothes, gear, and some nutrition. They also had some shoes on sale displayed outside. Michelle helped both of us and we had a fantastic experience with her. She truly took the time to help us out and she really seemed knowledgeable given her experience at the store and with all things running. I appreciated how she reiterated not to compare others' reviews because it's different for each person. She first evaluated what type of other exercises we do and our "level" of running and we went from there. Overall, we tried about 4-5 different pairs, each time giving us an opportunity to run on the side walk to assess the feel. I even went back out multiple times trying out a different shoe in each foot. I was between 2 pairs of shoes and Michelle advised me to think it over and to not rush the decision which I truly appreciated! My husband found the one that he liked and upon a quick price check online, it seemed Milestone had comparable prices so he bought his that day. I highly recommend Milestone Running!
