The sales rep told me two outright lies. 1) you have 90 days to catch the Macbook model you purchased on sale. If you do, Best Buy will refund the difference. Nope. It's SIXTY days. 2) today only, we have a deal going on where you get My Best Buy Plus (or whatever its called) for $.01. Would you like to sign up and get the benefits? (explained them in great detail). I agreed. He charged me the full price, a $49.99 difference. I don't want to assume Best Buy has their employees lie on purpose. Rep assured me he received no commission on credit card sales. I can't trust that's true either, now. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Best Buy used to be a staple in our home.
