The sales rep told me two outright lies. 1) you have 90 days to catch the Macbook model you purchased on sale. If you do, Best Buy will refund the difference. Nope. It's SIXTY days. 2) today only, we have a deal going on where you get My Best Buy Plus (or whatever its called) for $.01. Would you like to sign up and get the benefits? (explained them in great detail). I agreed. He charged me the full price, a $49.99 difference. I don't want to assume Best Buy has their employees lie on purpose. There were no pricing charts visible, however I had received a price quote online. I was in need of a iPhone screen repair. After checking in my phone, I was instructed to remove it from the case and give the login pin. With previous repairs at other shops, I usually waited while my phone was repaired. However, I was instructed to come back in a couple of hours. Long story short, my phone was repaired and worked for several days, but then it began to glitch.
