I went to the store because I had received an email (see below) that they were having 30% off. It's about a 35 min drive for me. When I walked in a gentleman was the only person there. I asked him about the sale. He said it was only Pfaff machines and accessories. I pointed out the signs displayed and my email, and he just kept rereading it out-loud. Like he was trying to justify what he told me. Anyway, finally, he asked "well, what exactly did you want to purchase with the discount?" I had already told him notions, stabilizers, etc. Frankly, I felt offended by this question. As if I needed to beg him for each item. So I simply said, "nothing, thank you" and left.
