A coworker of mine suggested this restaurant for Valentine's Day or in general just some good Italian food. Me and my husband drove an hour away just to get here, but it was so well worth it and I was so pleased when my husband said that everything was so good. From beginning to end, the service was awesome very attentive very accommodating. The ambience is unbelievable. It gives Tuscan Italy vibes. I overheard someone say that they just recently went under renovation, but truth be told you couldn't tell. The martinis were delicious. No complaints on anything would definitely go back.

That we noticed. We sat at the bar with a truly pleasant barkeep named Devon. Great guy. Produced two stunning cocktails ( Awedome Negroni and blood orange Margaritas) He showed us the changes which were mostly operation things but also the new menu. ( I always liked the old menu but this one was also inviting ) He explained that they did away with pizza .. that's fine as I wouldn't think of going here for pizza .. that I'll do at Birravino .. we ordered the tuna appetizer which was delicious and fresh. Served in a chilled broth with Avacado nice dish. Vicky loved it ! I had the eggplant parm app which was also pretty authentic in its simplicity but with a fantastic sauce. I could have stopped there as it was so satisfying but no.. we needed. To try the veal malfadine which was perfectly al dente and the killer pork chop which was hands down one of the most delicious I've had in a while To finish we sampled the bambaloni, a zeppola type dessert which was nicely deep fried .. presented well and tasted great but I had a major guilt thing after eating such a heart attack invitation All told we love it here ..

This is clearly not the restaurant's fault but wow was it loud. I wish we could have sat outside but it was a bit chilly. We started with a 'Watermelon Mint Cooler' and 'Frozen Strawberry Margarita' - both were mocktails. They were both delicious and refreshing. My husband got the meatballs for his appetizer and I got the Caprese salad. He loved the appetizer and I loved mine. You cannot go wrong with Caprese salad in my opinion. For our entrees, he got the 'Bistecca alla Pizzaiola" which was a steak with tomato, garlic and red wine with potatoes. It was really good. The steak was very tender. I got the 'Ravioli Limoncello' which was Ravioli in a Lemon cream sauce. I am not a huge lemon fan but this was great. We ended with the 'Carrot Cake' and the 'Toasted Almond' cake - both were delicious as well. Everything was great. The service was quick, attentive and very friendly. I would definitely come back and would recommend. Next time though, I'm sitting outside if I see a big party though!

I had the Bucatini cacio de Pepe and oh my I can't say how much I enjoyed it. Soooo good! Then for dessert our waiter James who was very attentive suggested the Almond crunch cake and the tartufo for the table. Well he was correct it was very good. The cake was light and paired well with the tartufo. We all enjoyed the experience at Patrizias.

Back room of pizzeria faire trying very hard to pass itself off as elevated Italian. Noise level…read morefrom passing NJ Transit commuter rail is disturbing to even the most casual conversation. Wrong appetizer delivered, setting back the dining experience 15 minutes. When the sausage and beans finally did arrived, we wished we had opted for the incorrect alternative initially delivered. Beans and sauce were very good, but the sweet sausage was dry, as if it spent the afternoon sunning under a heat lamp. Special tagliatelle was overcooked and the guanciale was crisped to the point of uncomfortable crunch. Risotto was the highlight, tasty and well prepared. Patio seating is very uncomfortable and reminiscent of the scene in Animal House where the Delta bros, in this case hostess, did a weed out on sight, separating those they connect with and sending the rest to the patio hinterland. Policy states inside seating is first come, first accommodated, but parties were clearly being seated in the patio despite suitable tables for the party size being available in the main dining room. Mediocre food led us to the decision to pass on desert. If your looking for elevated Italian, Anjelicas or Tramas are far superior choices. Dusals in Freehold is a better alternative for pasta and red sauce standards. Food level does not support the attitude of this establishment.

The sauce was a tad too sweet for me. Lastly we had the pan seared chicken. I absolutely loved it it was hot for my wife lol, but again cooked to perfection. I loved the service and the food. We will be back again for pizza but will try the pasta. Was pleasantly surprised

The waitress was an absolute sweetheart but because I was flying high she was making me paranoid, like I was thinking girl do you know me from some where? My husband and I both ordered steak frites, and I thought briefly that my husband and I had formed a psychic connection and were ascending together. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. Overall I think I had a spiritual experience here. Anyway 10/10 will go back sober.

Don't be turned away that the restaurant is located in a strip mall by Whole Foods. Once you walk in the revolving door, you are transported into foodie heaven. Matthew was our server and he was a pleasure. He was very attentive and knowledgeable and kept our meal flowing throughout. Since we were dining for an early lunch, all 3 of us ordered salads to keep things light. Two ordered the avocado salad with skirt steak and I had the caesar with grilled shrimp. Everyone really enjoyed their meal and I think my son inhaled his food... he was a hungry one. The grilled shrimp was fresh, delicious and cooked perfectly. The caesar was very flavorful and not your ordinary salad. It was my birthday and Matthew was so kind to surprise me with a small ice cream dessert with a fiery candle. A real nice touch to end the meal. We were all so full from our meals. Overall prices are not cheap, but the quality of food is so well worth it. If you're looking for a really nice atmosphere with elevated food quality, Gabriella's is a great spot for any special occasion. I'm excited to visit again and try other entrees!
