The selection is pretty good. Usually the staff is very nice, but on a trip on the 06-13, there were multiple staff members going around to multiple people saying "just so you know, we close in 20 minutes" really rude. It was two different young girls. I had over $400 worth of stuff that I put back because of how rude they were. They were in such a rush to leave, yet when I was walking out the door I noticed only one person checking people out. Wow. read more

Terrible service customer service. Sent out wrong order. Sent out INFANT shoes instead of Size 11 ADULT shoes then said that was because they were out of size 11 ??????????? read more

On an early Tuesday morning at the Des Moines outlet mall, there were only 3 people at the Under Armour Factory Store which allowed me to take my time and look for potential good deals I would not get or find at the Nebraska Gretna outlet. I found a long sleeve shirt with a different type of UA design and stretchy fabric in a white color discounted with an additional 30% off which I took advantage of that day. There were other short sleeve t shirts for $9.99 but for many of us, we already have plenty of these types of shirts even though the price was attractive but I resisted and kept walking towards the cashier station. It's always 'hit or miss' when visiting these outlet stores on what they have and the sizes available. Today, I was fortunate to find something unique that is actually useful for cold weather climates. read more

Disaster. The store is always a mess. Even during slow times. I've been into this location at least half a dozen times. Never again. Prices are the same as any other place that sells UA. Even with sales, it's too much. There just isn't enough selection for boys clothing either. They always seem short staffed, no one on the sales floor helping or organizing so you can actually find what you're looking for. Lots of cashiers though....believe that. The line goes real fast. Maybe I'll try again after the Season is over, but I found I will. Very disappointed. read more

I like Under Armour gear. I think it is durable and effective. However, today I have to praise the amazing customer service I received at this location. It was the cashier's first day on the register. He went above and beyond on his customer service. Moreover, all the staff pitched in to make sure that the transaction was efficient. read more

Under Armour is a great addition to the Outlets of Des Moines! Their products are wonderful and they have amazing deals on those products! Their staff is phenomenal and very helpful! Will definitely be back for any future products for both my "little sister" and her cross country and my husband and his military training. Another nice feature is that they offer a military discount! read more

They weren't overly busy but there was a good number of customers scattered around the store. I was looking for some new shoes for my 4 year old so we headed straight to that area. As I was viewing the wall of children's clearance shoes (quite the selection), a store associate asked if we needed help. Since I wasn't positive my 4 yr old was wearing the correct size, I asked if he could measure her. He said he gladly would. My daughter can be shy with strangers, especially men, but she told me right away that he was really nice and could measure her foot. After measuring her foot he asked if we needed more help. Since I didn't, we let him go on to the next customer. We were able to find some nice new shoes for her for $17. What a great deal! We looked around the store some more since I'd never been there. I found the socks my husband wears at the checkout for an additional 25% off. He goes through socks fast so I grabbed a bag of those. There was a short line at the checkout but they moved rather quickly. The associate checking us out was very nice and chatted about the crazy weather and also where he was from. It was a nice, not awkward, genuine conversation. Once I paid, the associate followed me to the door to help us out. This may sound awkward at first but I had our double stroller with us. It can be difficult to maneuver with double exit doors. I was pleasantly surprised at him following to help. You just don't see that much. I really hope they continue their great customer service. I plan to come back here for the next time we need Nike items.

I got half way across the parking lot when an employee came hoofing across the parking lot and accused me of stealing the wallet - I told him it was by the matching purse and went back in the store to show him. They're for shoppers use, not for buying. My guy was happy to get a plate of cookies from Luanna's Kitchen. ;) This was a very fun place to stop! Highly recommend!
