We tried to order online to save some money as we thought we knew what shoes she needed (purchased at Fit To Be Tied last year), and ended up frustrated with 5 different pairs of shoes to return. Our orthotist recommended Fit To Be Tied Kids and they SAVED us (again). The knowledge of the staff and willingness to spend the time to ensure you get the best possible product was incredible. They worked with my daughter and I to ensure both of us were happy with the shoes. The owner was incredible and put in a special order for us for the color my daughter wanted. I'm done with online. I typically run my debit card as credit but was unable to. The person who checked me out offered me no assistance when I asked for help to run my card as credit. I happened to recently get this card, and I could not remember my PIN number (yes this part is my fault). However, the person who helped checked me out should have offered to help me figure out how to run my card as credit instead of just staring at me with an attitude. I ended up telling that person that I could not pay for my items and left because I was so frustrated. I was very disappointed and do not plan on going back to this store anytime soon.

I walked around the entire store and found some jeans I was going to try on but no one approached me at all to help. I decided to skip trying on anything there and exited as soon as I could. I was frustrated that no one said anything to me as they greeted some others as they walked in. I was dressed appropriately and normally I end up buying something when I go in Evereve. My home store is either Sioux Falls, SD or Naples, FL. Both of them are super, the people that work there greet everyone when they walk in and are extremely helpful picking out items that I wouldn't even think to try on. I generally end up buying what they pick out. This is the second time this has happened to me at the Jordan Creek Mall store. Not too excited to go back to that store.

They have off season pieces at discounts and hold sales throughout the year, and I enjoy picking up sale pieces as well as adding new key pieces to my wardrobe when I visit. If you read up on the website or ask in store you will find there is a story behind the founders and the building of the Evereve name. There is a blog by the founders with great tips, insight, thoughts, and so much more! And a theme the team carries through "find fashion, experience joy" in every store along with promoting their "with heart" campaign. A portion of sales goes to charity and you can contact them to hold events in store supporting and promoting meaningful causes. They offer online sales, and a trendsend program (you create a profile and your personal consultant creates and sends you boxes with coordinating pieces you can try and choose from as often as you would like, all delivered to your door!) I love the trendsend idea but personally enjoy the in store experience so haven't signed on for a trendsend... yet.
