To start off, i upgraded to a new AM5 motherboard, with DDR5 and CPU (reused everything else) and after hours of struggling to get the internet connection to work (google troubleshooting) i ran down my issues to be 1 of 2 things, 1. My ethernet cable needed replaced, or 2. My motherboard didnt come with drivers to run LAN. After asking the Geek Squad worker if he had any ideas he told me he was "pretty sure its a defective motherboard, I've built a lot of computers and never seen that happen" just matter of fact and no looking into it at all. I felt pretty thrown aside by this. Sure enough the drivers needed installed on a thumb drive and installed. Everything is good now.

It is a focal point, it's obvious, and it comes off sincere and consistent. Huge grocery section, lots of apparel, along with the usual Target options. An earlier visit had two staff members go out of their way to answer our questions. It is certainly positive. Thankful for staff member Merideth, who was particularly helpful when I ordered my first Egg White and Roasted Red Pepper food option at Starbucks for a good price. Her recommendation of adding sriracha was superb!

Got billed for 5 lines ( they added 3 more people from our old carrier plan) Their phones did not have Verizon SIM cards nor were ever used on Verizon, but had all activity on old carrier. another 3 hours to get them removed from Verizon plan. Now when I call to complain about a 2nd bill I get threatened with late payment fees and legal action if the 2nd bill is not paid. I'll never consider Verizon again.

I called this location and asked before driving that way if they had what I needed. This store closed later then the one on Merle Hay. ( Merle hay closed at 6 this location at 7) Cory assisted me and helped me out. Although we couldn't figure out why my phone wasn't functioning and going blank on me I updated to the new iphone14. He explained everything to detail and made me aware of the charges I'd be seeing in my account. He was patient and even offered my girls a refreshment. This was one of the most unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional interactions I've had at any…read moreretail store. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. We were calmly looking at Pokémon cards when a service manager approached us with immediate attitude and told us to leave, without offering any clear explanation. He had little ma syndrome guaranteed. From the start, his tone carried a level of animosity that was definitely unneeded. When we politely asked what the issue was, he responded in a condescending and dismissive way, even saying we were "beating around a dead horse" instead of handling the situation professionally. It was very surprising to see someone in a manager role or at-least he claimed to be one acting in this manner.  We remained calm and tried to address his behavior respectfully, explaining that the way he was communicating was unprofessional and that most customer service interactions are handled with basic respect. He got very flustered after we remained calm throughout this situation. Instead of de-escalating, he became visibly aggressive and increasingly confrontational. At one point, he even threatened to call the police over us simply looking at Pokémon cards, which felt like an extreme and unnecessary reaction.  He then escalated things further by calling someone and claiming he had asked us to leave "9 times," which is completely inaccurate. That kind of exaggeration doesn't exactly inspire confidence in how situations are handled. After wards we talked to his higher up and it seemed like this is a common occurrence with "it". "It" definitely has little "it" syndrome.  This felt less like reasonable policy enforcement and more like an overreaction from someone unwilling or perhaps unable to communicate like a civilized human. Hopefully this is not reflective of how management is generally expected to behave here, because if it is, that's concerning.
