The place wasn't crowded and I easily picked out 4 outfits to purchase. Not an employee to be found at the register or in the store. NO what the heck is wrong with you? On the door it's posted that they close at 9pm, we went over there at 8:11 and THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. Seriously need to get your staff under control! There is never anyone up front, and the employees seriously, could not care less about you. I don't expect much, because I mean, it's a dollar store how good can it be. But I do expect mediocre service and this place doesn't even offer that.

After asking the Geek Squad worker if he had any ideas he told me he was "pretty sure its a defective motherboard, I've built a lot of computers and never seen that happen" just matter of fact and no looking into it at all. I felt pretty thrown aside by this. Sure enough the drivers needed installed on a thumb drive and installed. Everything is good now.

My wife and i picked our our clothes, tried them etc and went 5 mins past 6. At this point one of the managers by the name of " Latisha or Leticia" was extremely rude to us. She walked over and told me that if i was ready they could ring me up. I said give me just a minute my wife is picking up her top and we will be right there. Once i got to the register she had a rude and discriminatory attitude towards us. She did not ask me if i would like to sign up for their credit card to save money or did not care to help me apply the coupon i had found that i wanted to use. When it came time to pay i was transferring funds to use my card and she says " you can insert your card now the store is closed" to which i said yes its been 7 mins the store has been closed and i am purchasing $400 worth of merchandise from you. She continued her rudeness and basically just wanted us out. My wife had our daughter in our stroller and she did not even help open the door. Overall extremely rude and discriminatory attitude. When you walk in the store you are greeted by one of the personal consultants who will help you find what you are looking for, get you a dressing room and sometimes challenge you to try something you may never have considered. I love the entire experience! And the clothes, although you pay a bit more, are high quality, trusted brands that make you feel great, and last for seasons. They have off season pieces at discounts and hold sales throughout the year, and I enjoy picking up sale pieces as well as adding new key pieces to my wardrobe when I visit. If you read up on the website or ask in store you will find there is a story behind the founders and the building of the Evereve name. There is a blog by the founders with great tips, insight, thoughts, and so much more! And a theme the team carries through "find fashion, experience joy" in every store along with promoting their "with heart" campaign. A portion of sales goes to charity and you can contact them to hold events in store supporting and promoting meaningful causes. They offer online sales, and a trendsend program (you create a profile and your personal consultant creates and sends you boxes with coordinating pieces you can try and choose from as often as you would like, all delivered to your door!) I love the trendsend idea but personally enjoy the in store experience so haven't signed on for a trendsend... yet.
