She then proceeds to tell me she can't fix the extra charge and I have to contact Levi customer service. 10 days later I still do not have the refund. I have spent 4 different times talking to these people and spent over 3 hours chatting with them and still no refund! I finally called my bank and initiated a charge back and had to have my debit card cancelled in order to get anything back. Your customer service absolutely sucks in the store and the main call center.

So my wife took both sweaters (and gift receipts) back in to the store I purchased them from, with the intent to either replace the non-fitting sweater or receive the amount I paid for it. She was met with extremely poor customer service by a "mature employee" (probably close to my age) and was given a hard time and down right rude attitude to her, about returning the sweater. I shopped at Talbots, because at one time they were a very reputable store, apparently this is no longer true. My wife was so upset, that when she came home, she said she would no longer shop there again; and asked that I do the same. In this day and age of struggling economy, you would think a store of items priced as they are, would put forward a better customer service attitude to retain clients. Unfortunately, not only did they loose my wife's future purchases, but mine also, going forward.
