I mean it's a Walgreens... Do they really vary that much besides whether one is a little older or…read morenewer? Or maybe if they have limited hours are are open 24/7? My brother and sister in law from Northern Iowa were flying out of Des Moines IA en route to help move my nephew and his wife back from El Paso TX as his enlistment in the Army was ending. Their daughter had driven them to Ankeny. I picked them up from there, drive them to their hotel on the South side, and we were hanging out a little the evening before their flight. Both use CPAPs and had forgotten to grab distilled water. I ran them for their hotel over to this Walgreens to get what they needed along with a few snacks and stuff. It's probably a little older location and could use some TLC in areas, but they have a great selection of items and service was fine.

This pharmacy is seriously understaffed and adversely affects those needing prescriptions. I saw my…read moreDr early in the AM, and he called a prescription for antibiotics to this pharmacy. By late afternoon, I had not received the expected text to pick up my prescription. I called and was told there was no prescription in the system. I called my Dr's office thinking it was a problem on their end, but it was the end of the work day and someone had to investigate it. I was contacted early the next morning by my Dr's office saying they had re-sent the script (and verified the pharmacy and location). This was around 7 AM. By nine, there was still no prescription for me in Walgreen's automated system. So I called and finally talked to a pharmacist. She was quite rude, informing me that there were 37 prescriptions in her in box and she would not look to see if mine was among them. An hour later, when Walgreen's still did not have my prescription in their automated system, I called the Dr's office and requested they send the script to a different pharmacy. I got my prescription with no issues from Medicap. I will not be using the Walgreens on Fleur for any prescriptions going forward.

A quick ten minute drive and we can now get our BGE charcoal. This store opened at the end of April 2016. I've stopped in a few times so far. The staff is friendly and willing to help if they can. The first time I stopped in they were out of what we needed. They didn't have an ETA as to when it's be restocked so, that wasn't helpful. We then went to their Grand Opening and no one working seemed to know the terms of the 50% off one item special they had going on. We got our item on sale so we were happy. I'm betting that as they understand Norwalk's buying trends, they will have some better ideas of when things will be back in stock. And the knowledge will also increase as employees get more experience.

I followed up with a call and offered to send her my emailed confirmation. She checked the books in grooming and found my appt, then proceeded to tell me that she can't control not having a groomer. My Wife took our dogs to get groomed. Washed, ears cleaned, also nails trimmed. Online the price…read morewas about 32 dollars each. Once our dogs were done the price was 47 dollars and they were not able to trimmed our dog's nails and demanded we pay full price for a service that was not complete. Also up charge because of dog size when it was not described online as price varies because of size. Asked for help on the situation and no one was able to help said all we can do was pay them. Bad service also no help from anyone. We just relocated here from Houston and will not be using the services at this petco any more!
