The items are reasonably priced for good quality secondhand: I got a pair of Old Navy sandals for $6 and a pair of like new Nike tennis shoes for $30. My mom got three tops, all ranging from $6-9 and super cute + in great condition. I love how organized the store is, the frequent 70% clearance items, and the quality of brands. You can always find high end shoes and bags here! In my opinion, this Style Encore is leagues above the Clothes Mentor and other stores we have in the Twin Cities as far as cleanliness, quality and price.

I have two types of cargo shorts and dress shorts. I even have a bunch of Duluth underwear! The pic I posted is a simple Henley T that is about seven years old and has been washed a bazillion times and still going strong. I've never lost a button and it's never frayed or had a ripped seam. It's great for banging around town and running errands. Their stuff is solid beyond words albeit a little pricy, but the value is there. Duluth is primarily a catalog company that of course has an online presence and that's how I make my purchases. So, what about the store? I suspect a visitor unfamiliar with the product would give it four or even five stars. It's clean and beautifully merchandized. The customer service is just fine. There is easy access to the online catalog if you need it. For me, as I'm so comfortable with the product over so many years, the store doesn't add much. However, because the product is awesome and the store is picture perfect with great service, I'm going with five stars!

(I could hear they were talking about their weekend plans) No one greeted me or offered to help me with anything. I walked around the entire store and found some jeans I was going to try on but no one approached me at all to help. I decided to skip trying on anything there and exited as soon as I could. I was frustrated that no one said anything to me as they greeted some others as they walked in. I was dressed appropriately and normally I end up buying something when I go in Evereve. My home store is either Sioux Falls, SD or Naples, FL. Both of them are super, the people that work there greet everyone when they walk in and are extremely helpful picking out items that I wouldn't even think to try on. I generally end up buying what they pick out. This is the second time this has happened to me at the Jordan Creek Mall store. Not too excited to go back to that store.
