Mountain View's, extensive wine selection, charcuterie boards, prime location, ample parking. Had an amazing time!

Disappointed in this place. I paid $250 dollars to learn "Mexican" cooking it said the meal was Enchilada Verdes, Tostadas and cookies. What we got to learn was to make an enchilada "casserole" or "deconstructed" enchilada. If I wanted to make this I could have followed Pinterest to throw everything in a pan with some tortillas thrown on top and cheese. This is like a free demo class they do in a store worthy - not worth $250.

I've taken 2 classes at this location and let me say AMAZING!!! I took a steakhouse favorites class with Chef Albert and he was AWESOME!!! I also took a knife skills class with Chef Patrick and he was just as AWESOME!!! Would recommend highly!!!! Will be going back often!

Great find!!! Food is scratch made and very good!!! Great wine and liquor selection. Had the wedge and Bolognese. Both were to tier. Pasta homemade. Great view. Have to try!!

We had a great time attending the surf, turf & bourbon class. Chef Ken was great, the food was phenomenal & we learned a few tips to save time in the kitchen. We look forward to going back!

We had a party of 6 come in for a birthday. The waitress was spazzy and all over the place. She dropped a few things, delivered food to the wrong seats etc. we had the cauliflower, pork tostones and the fries as appetizers. All were delicious! I had a rose flight which I didn't really enjoy.. they said it was a scratch kitchen so everything was made on site. I ordered the sweet potato ravioli and it was vastly under cooked and chewy. The en brodo part of it felt like they dumped chicken stock into the bowl and added pancetta.. my friends ordered the flatbreads. The potato one didn't have any taste to it.

Participants play the role of students here. Established in 2015 by a Chef. The South of Denver is lucky to have them in their neighborhood. They encourage you to be an active participant. Play with your food. You will learn knife skills, prep method, and cooking techniques from appetizers to desserts. It's a very friendly setting. Knife skills! This is an adult cooking class that offers romantic couples cooking experience. I'm was in a smaller class the first time here. Only four of us. The second one was much bigger. You can have cooking classes, dining, or just enjoying wine. Everything from classes on curries, Cuban cuisine, French, classic American grilling to gourmet Greek food. Everybody graduates. Nobody fails! The more the merrier! Perfect for team building! Out latest class was called "The Bloody Mary Brunch" we made Fried Chicken and Waffles. Very easy and fun! We learned how to flambé for our Banana Dessert! Pls refer to their website for prices and hours. www.uncorkedkitchen.com

We did the Mother's Day chefs dinner and it was the best time ever! We had the best chef who was so fun and engaging and encouraging and made you feel soooo comfortable in the kitchen! It was so great to cook a phenomenal dinner but the way the chef taught you was the best - it was great to learn about the food, the whys of cooking a certain way! Such a great experience! We are all so pumped to go back for another experience!

Wine and flatbread pizza was a great combo. We got some wine flights and flatbread. I had the wine flight from South America and enjoyed them all. The place has some good views on the second floor. They did have some beers, but nothing on tap.

My husband and I came for the happy hour specials before our Italian Steakhouse cooking class. The atmosphere is so pretty- I love all the glass and the view, and the fun modern chandeliers. Our initial server was really nice, and made some great wine recommendations. We had the pork belly tacos, but they were a little sweet for us- the tortilla tasted like bubblegum and I would have liked some balance to the flavor. The server who took over for our first gentleman didn't seem to know what she was doing- she told us they would come get us for the class (not true) and when we asked for the bill she forgot to bring it. That was a little frustrating, but we got it handled and got to class on time. The class itself was super fun- I feel like we learned so much that we didn't know before! Our menu included shrimp diavolo, steak with fingerling potatoes and broccoli, and berries with a marscapone cream. All the ingredients were so fresh! The shrimp diavolo was really good, and definitely something we are going to try at home. It was the highlight of the meal for sure. The steak and it's sides were good, although I think it would have been helpful if we had some temperature gauges and a print out of what temp the steaks could cook at- my husband was a little disappointed that his steak was underdone, and he was too embarrassed to put it back on the stove for a minute. Basically the class would have been better if there has been some paper instructions or labels to refer to- we had the ingredients for all the dishes in various bowls on trays, but class moved fast and it was easy to mix up what ingredients go where. The best part of class was absolutely Chef Ken- he was the perfect mix of sardonic, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very patient with all of us, even as the evening wore on and the alcohol flowed. Our favorite cocktail was the sangria. We also had the cucumber drink and the cherry blossom, but didn't care for those. Every wine we tried was really good though, and we loved the red wine that came with the class. Class ended at 9:10, and then we could finish our wine at the bar. Miguel, the gentleman running the bar was so friendly and sweet- we really appreciated his willingness to chat and his patience while we finished our drinks and conversations. We never felt rushed and that was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and if there was another special event that lined up with their calendar, I would be willing to do a class again.

One had previous sent me a supposedly new item that clearly wasn't with accompanying sketchy information, so they were a hard no. The second had an error on their site so actually didn't have it. That left Chef's Corner. Took a bit for me to pull the trigger but their well organized site and fantastic Yelp reviews convinced me, along with a generous first purchase discount. I have to applaud them for being prompt to respond to inquiries, and their willingness to address a shipping challenge was truly a blessing. I bundled several items and everything arrived sooner than expected and in flawless condition. When I was setting up my table it caused me to look harder at a piece I recently ordered direct from Le Creuset and I discovered a flaw, (already proving a hassle to rectify that) so going forward I would absolutely order from Chefs Corner instead of direct from manufacturer. This company is unparalleled in a lot of respects in comparison to a lot of others selling the only brand of cookware I have interest in-Le Creuset. Well worth trusting in and shopping with them via their beautiful site. Big time kudos!

One thing I didn't expect was its long 2.5 hrs. I wish they offered charcuterie or something that you can order to Nosh on. We made chocolate chip cookies first that we made spiders on. Next we made Royal Icing that was a bit tough to make and stiff. After we made cookie cut outs and baked. My only gripe is I wish they maybe did more of a soft icing and some toppings like sprinkles because the royal icing was hard to do any type of nice decoration on. Overall we left with a ton of cookies made and 2 big rolls of sugar cookie dough and chocolate chip cookie dough to Take home. I wish they offered more kids classes. I had very brief encounters with him but his demeanor towards me seemed very rude. Asked him very simple questions but made me seem like I was asking him dumb questions. Second, the menu was not good. As someone who has been to a lot of Thai restaurants, this might have been for people who are not very familiar with authentic Thai food. I knew the class was over when the instructor told us to soak the rice paper into water for 30-45 seconds (I understand it was not warm water and we used tap water) Still, anyone who has actually has made spring rolls before knows that is way too long. Pad see ew was atrocious. Only used oyster sauce and tamari as sauces... don't really see the point of coming to a cooking class when your cabinet has better selection of spices/sauces. Chicken Khao Soi was decent. Paying 120 dollars for this class was a big mistake. I don't quite understand how they could charge this much knowing that the ingredients they used were fairly affordable. Honestly wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Allison was very sweet. The place was very cute. Only 2 positives.
