The bad customer service started when we first went to pick out a ring. I love aquamarine because it is my husband & I birthstone, my favourite colour and I don't like diamonds. The worker shamed me for wanting the ring it picked. My husband & I could only guess she wanted a bigger sale which she would of gotten because we were getting a Disney necklace & bracelet before the comments. We also got the life time warranty which I need to bring it into the store to get clean & inspected. They can never find our account. We bring in the paper warranty with all the info and still they have issues. They have multiple system and none of them are connected. Now the visit today, 24 Feb 2024, was awful. We arrived right after opening, 11:02, and waited 36 minutes to get help because they were understaff. When we finally started to get help we told her I was here to get my ring serviced & 2 stones replaced. She put my ring in the ultra sonic & said she could only clean it since it wasn't/we didn't have a diamond band(we got my wedding band somewhere else). I told her with my warranty my stone would be replaced & ring fully serviced. She continued to say no. After about 5 minutes of back and forth she finally actually read what our warranty covered. Then we had the issue of pulling up our account was a 10 min ordeal. We signed & initial all the paperwork where she told us. I took a couple minutes putting on the paperwork in my folder. We got a message an hour after we left the mall from the woman saying we initial where we were suppose to sign and she couldn't process our service and we needed to drive back to sign. We talked to the store manager about the message & she handled it to where we didn't need to drive back(our only decent interaction with zales) I honestly have such awful feeling attached to my engagement ring that I really love that all stem & compound from that first sales rep.

Past due & had to deal with disturbing customer service, but I finally got my ring back..

First of all I was not happy with pawn shops until I was treated like royalty here, they were super kind and helpful and turned my day around, thank you guys , I really appreciate what you all did for me, I don't usually do reviews, but I got to give credit where credit is due. I will be back for sure . As for these other reviews I'm seeing you all are full of it, or maybe you clearly don't understand your pawn ticket, try reading it. They explain it to you pretty clear even a child could understand because it doesn't take a rocket scientist , get loan ... pay interests , pay to get item back... nothing is free . also every shop I have been to doesn't accept any payments unless u physically walk in the store ,well this one is way ahead of them accepting through their app and going above and beyond. As far as storage fees , "duh" if u leave your stuff for months what do u expect but the fees are cheap and reasonable . love this place keep up the great work guys. read more

I was in need of some cash due to some issues and they came through for me. She was very nice and helped me with no problem. I was very thankful I didn't have to drive any further. Especially after being up since 230am. I am able to now pay some bills and worry about picking up my items later. Sooner than later but bills can be paid and my items are in a safe place. read more

Went to their Garland Location and They Did.nt have what I Was Looking For. They called and referered me to thier Mesquite Location. They Had the TV I was looking for. A gem of a pawn shop. Don't let the size fool you. It doesn't look that big on the outside but they have a lot of merchandise. They greeted me when I came in and checked on me while shopping. Overall, very good impression. I saved my check-in offer so I can use it when I go back. read more
