I recently had work done to a necklace at a big name jewelry shop in the shopping strip at…read morefirewheel mall... It was a horrible experience for me they ruined a very sentimental necklace, I left the firewheel jewelry shop in tears and was going home in rowlett when I decided to get a 2 opinion on the crappy job. I Google a place here in rowlett and gold and silver change came up. I walked in and found out my necklace was ruined but the men were so compassionate and carrying of the situation that they wanted to make things right at no charge to me due to what had just happened to me. So I left to think about the deal they offered me of shorting the necklace which was really all that could be done at this point. It would no longer fit my husband but would fit me. So after a day of thinking about it, I went back. The owner, his son and the employee where still so compassionate and carrying. They fixed at no cost, Fixed something that another company had messed up,,,, (nasr brother company from firewheel mall) I am so grateful for that. They made a horrible situation better. Hopefully you guys read this... Thank you do much for what you 3 did. I'm very grateful and if I need anything done I will come to you guys only... :) May the Lord bless you for what you have done. Good people now and days are hard to find. So thank you again, incase you guys ever read this. :) BTW the extra 4 inches of the necklace they bagged up and have back to me with out me even asking. Most companies wouldn't do that in hopes of keeping it... Very honest people. Good karma is sure to follow them for what they did.

I went to purchase another scooter with rubber wheels. The "warranty" covers most situations but a flat tire is not one of them. I had it barely a couple weeks and the back tire of the scooter kept losing air. I took it back for repairs and didn't hear back for months. I kept calling the associates for updates, which they could not provide any updates. They kept raising the repair price every time I called. I took it as a loss but DO NOT SHOP HERE. They give you an outdated paper receipt and without that, they will not help you if problems pop up. Heed this warning.
