This wasn't a single offhand remark -- it went on for a noticeable amount of time, openly and unapologetically, right in front of other customers. What made it even worse was how comfortable they seemed saying it, as if they assumed everyone in the store either agreed or couldn't understand them. I understood exactly what was being said, and it created an uncomfortable, hostile environment that no customer should have to tolerate. Personal opinions have no place being broadcast from behind a retail counter, especially when they cross into ethnic or racial slander. Allowing that behavior reflects poorly on the business and its leadership. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage management to address this immediately.

They couldnt figure it out either but required me to pay 50% anyway. Their app doesnt work so I was forced to pay $50 for a lesson where I would likely get the instructor sick. Rather than reschedule, I will just cancel and find another range. disappointed!
