My go to drinks from them are the Mochi Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, Grape Tea Jelly, and Lychee Watermelon. They recently introduced flavored popcorn chicken with 5 total flavor options & the one that intrigued me the most is the plum flavor, which is a bit sweet and sour. This location is definitely a smaller location compared to Fremont and Milpitas, but their drinks are consistent with other locations. Because of the size of the store, it gets pretty stuffy. UGH! I placed an online order without realizing there was an event in Millbrae, and when I arrived, the place was incredibly hot and crowded. I waited for about 20 minutes, only to hear that others had been waiting for nearly an hour for their drinks. There were only three workers, and the tickets kept piling up. My drinks and snacks were supposed to be ready by 3:12, but I didn't get them until around 4:15. I asked one of the workers if my order was even being made, and I mentioned I'd be fine with canceling if it wasn't. He showed me that half of my order was ready, so I decided to stick it out and wait a bit longer. But then, it turned into another 30-minute wait. People who ordered via DoorDash, Square, and the kiosk were all visibly frustrated. I really think they should've stopped taking online orders to catch up on the queue, but it seemed like the orders just kept coming in. I decided to visit around 1pm on a Saturday and was pleased to find no waiting line. Orders are placed through a kiosk. The seating is somewhat limited, with a few tables inside and a small table with two chairs outside. We experienced a bit of a wait--about 15 minutes for our drinks. I opted for the Summer Sweet and Sour Slush, which turned out to be more sour than sweet, and included chunks of berries and jelly. It was extremely refreshing! I watched them make the drink and despite being low on the milk tea, they still attempted to use the remaining to fill up only 1/6 of the cup and capped the rest with ice. When there are lots of people in line, the workers purposely don't look at the customers until they are ready to help, often ten minutes later.
