Good food, great value and it's close to the worksite, which is very helpful since we're on a tight schedule.

Delicious food inside the Dairy Market!…read more First time here and the gentleman behind the counter News nice and let me know some suggestions as well as how spicy some of the items were before ordering. Ended up trying a few appetizers and they were all great. The pork dumplings and the dipping sauce that came with it were some of the best! So good! Also really loved the fresh veggie summer rolls! Could tell that they were fresh and had a delicious peanut hoisin sauce. Shrimp spring rolls were what I would call shrimp in a blanket bc just wrapped in an egg roll wrapper. They were good too, just wouldn't have called them egg rolls! Plenty of seating in the market and they have a nice area to grab condiments and chopsticks/forks/spoons and napkins.

Does it taste like pho? Yeah, but that's what you'd expect when you order pho. Paid 13$ dollar for…read morethe bowl and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. I mean I wasn't expecting your sit down restaurant quality of pho with all the garnishes(not including the side garnishes), but this was crudely just soup noodles and meat, and not a lot of it. The noodles were short, like it had been by a child during art class. The only time I've seen pho noodles like that is when I reheat left over pho(take that however you will). The side garnishes looked unappetizing as the Thai basil and other items on the plate were shriveled. All in all I don't think I'll be coming back here for the pho.

I'm a food above atmosphere person but both were on par at Native plate! The staff were so diligent…read moreand I loved watching the cooks pour their soul into the food. I had only planned on spending $60 or so but ended up spending $140 including a great tip for my waiter. I got the Fried Chicken Banh Mi, Dan Dan Noodles, and my guest ordered the Brisket Pho, and Singapore noodles alongside a Mojito and their coconut ice cube drink (blanking on the name). I loved every bite of my food. The Daikon Radish was the highlight of the Banh Mi and I was in love with every bite. Visibly dancing and gleaming with joy while eating + the great music being played also helped. I didn't eat my sandwich until it got cold as I like to finish a dish before trying another. I started with the Dan Dan noodles and had to drink 3 of the liters of water by myself to finish my meal . I took my guest's peppers and my peppers and crushed them up into my Dan Dan plate with all the seeds that came with them. In addition I also used all the chili oil paste it came with as well. It was so damn great I enjoyed every second. My guest loved their pho and didn't stop eating it and ate half of their Singapore noodles before getting full and having to take it home. They absolutely loved their drinks and it was so fun to watch the bartender make the drinks. Two shakers in hand mixing the drinks and oh boy were they strong . We will definitely be back!!! Oh and they also had chopsticks for us to use and we ate our entire meal with them. I knew I was in for a whirlwind of flavor when the ethnicities of the cooks matched the restaurant and patrons of color from Pakistani, Black, Indian, Korean, Thai, and more were dining in . Only downsides for me personally were the Singapore noodles but it wasn't my dish. I tasted them and didn't think they were for me I usually prefer a different ratio of seasoning for my Singapore noodles. My guest whose favorite dish is Singapore noodles quite adored them. Though they did say the Singapore noodles I make at home are better they still crushed it and the next morning woke up and crushed the rest with a smile on the face . Only thing I didn't like was the pho but that's my personal taste getting in the way. I don't like fish based broths but my guest ate every single last dropped and loved it! So if that's your alley go for it!!! 10/10 will try again!!! P.S. please tip the staff graciously they work so hard. If you're going to order a $100 worth of food don't be the person not tipping or tipping $10 when the service was excellent. Yes tipping cultures shouldn't exist but until they're paid a fair wage please continue to do so. I really hope this restaurant doesn't sell out like other restaurants (En Su Boca )

The beef salad had a nice fish sauce flavor to it. I would get both of them again. We also got the mango sticky rice. Apparently the blue rice is colored naturally, which is a plus for me. It tasted pretty good. I can't say I have had many mango sticky rices, but the mango was nice and ripe and the sticky rice was good. I liked how it wasn't too sweet. I would come back again.

So, we are staying at friend's house near Charlottesville and we wanted Thai food. This place…read moredelivers via Uber Eats, which is a huge plus. My thoughts? What's worst than bad Thai food? No Thai food at all....and thus is my review. Food (3 out of 5): We ordered the Chicken Panang Curry and Pad See Ew beef. The panning curry was my favorite of the two entrees. The chicken itself was tender and good, the broth was far too thin to be a good curry, but the flavor itself wasn't too bad. It was unfortunate that it did not look like the photo, it was missing the red peppers and the basil leaves. The Pad See Ew beef....well, I am a huge fan of this dish and get it every possible moment. This one was definitely not my favorite - the sauce itself was a bit too "fishy" for my taste. The noodles were pretty mushy by the time they arrived and they seemed to be the dry rice noodles (not the fresh ones.). The beef itself, which is a $3 upcharge, was good, though.. So, I would order the curry again and perhaps order a non-noodle dish next time.... but I would order again, with my expectations in check. Also, I would ask for chili paste, soy sauce and chopsticks!
