As it turns out, "Day 1" last about three hours before having to turn the clock back to Day 0. I was feeling fine before the dinner. I felt okay for about an hour after. Two hours after I was feeling queasy but trying to ignore it. Three hours in, I suddenly vomited up all of my dinner. It didn't taste as good coming back up, unfortunately. It was so sudden too, I didn't have time to get to the bathroom. I wasn't expecting to be vacuuming the food up off the floor only hours after eating it. Besides that, to give the place a fair review -- the service was very kind, quick and courteous. Despite it being a buffet, the waitress checked in twice to ask how the food was, and came through to take our plates as we kept getting up to get more. The bathrooms were mostly clean, I noticed they had a sign to keep track of cleaning for the day, which is more than most Chinese Buffets can say -- at least based on what I can tell from Mullet's reviews. As for the actual taste of the food, the main dishes were absolutely delicious. I'm so disappointed it made me sick, because if I magically knew it would be safe, I would want to come here again. I did not eat any salad bar foods or sushi so I can't tell you about that. The dessert bar was pretty mid.
