After I saw I had water damage in my living room ceiling, I knew I was in trouble. I called my plumber first, who determined the leak was coming from my upstairs master bath, and then I called Sean to talk about reconstruction. I was pleasantly surprised to see he is working with Ultra Dry now (in addition to his construction company, which I used for a remodel of my downstairs 12 years ago, and he was as good as it gets - a number of people I've referred him to have also used him and been quite happy). He and Ultra Dry know this process inside and out - they came in, removed damp drywall, did the proper demo, set up an estimate, and helped me make a claim with my insurance company that actually paid a reasonable amount. Sean told me what to expect and it happened exactly as he said - no surprises. His prices were very reasonable and mostly covered by my insurance company. (Let's face it - insurance companies can be tough, especially for claims like this, because that's their job. Expecting them to pay for everything is simply not realistic.) His team did an excellent job (drying everything thoroughly, doing the proper treatments, protecting my house and belongings, etc.) while being fast and friendly.
