Ultímate staffing saved me from working a typical retail / food job and they introduced me into the mortgage realm. I worked at that mortgage loan place for 3 years and when the economy was fluctuating I lost my job. I reached out to Carolyn Miller once more and she got me a job at another wonderful establishment! Carolyn has helped me so much and I highly recommend working with her !! she's the best and truly cares about what position is right for you! read more

Spoke with someone a few times who got back with potential clients, but nothing ever panned out. Last time we spoke, recruiter said she had a potential opportunity, took all my information and then... nothing. Radio silence. That was six months ago and I haven't heard anything since. A shame since I was really led to believe that an opportunity was available. We all get busy, but getting back to people is important, especially when it's part of your job. Oh well, not my loss. On to the next. read more

I simply could say enough about Bailie Carroll at Ultimate Staffing. She is incredible. She keeps her candidates at the forefront of her mind when new roles pop up, even if the candidate doubts themselves and their abilities for such roles. She sees in you what you might not yet see in yourself, even when you've never met face-to-face. And if you need encouragement in those times, she will be your biggest cheerleader and your #1 resource. "Thank you" doesn't even begin to cover the levels of gratitude I have for you, Bailie!!! read more

I'm incredibly grateful for Carolyn Miller from the Irvine office! She reached out to me regarding a job she believed would be a good fit, & she helped me through the entire process. She gave me the job details, went over my resume to strengthen it for the specific position, gave me interview tips to be successful, & always checked in. Because of her, I was able to land my first full time job in the field of my degree right when I graduated. I'm so thankful for her, since the job market can be tough for recent undergrads. Thanks to her, I graduated in December, was off for the holidays, & began my assignment in January! Not only that, but I thoroughly enjoy what I do every day. If you ever get the chance to work with her, don't take it for granted! She shows genuine care in all she does, & clearly is passionate in this area. I have no doubt that this is her purpose, & I can't wait to see her continue to help others with their career journeys ! read more

As everyone has experienced, navigating the adult world on my first big girl job search was a very challenging experiencing. I know many people are hesitant on using a recruiter, but I wanted to share my positive experience to help relieve any doubts about contacting Ultimate Staffing. One night, as I was scrolling on LinkedIn for the 30th time that hour, I came across a job posting from Ryan McCray at Ultimate Staffing for an HR position. Even though I had no experience in that field, I put myself out there and reached out to Ryan. The next morning, Ryan had responded to me (the fastest a recruiter has ever responded btw) and informed me that although the position had been filled, he looked at my resume and found me a better fit for an design company marketing assistant (something I actually studied and had experience in). It meant a lot to me that Ryan took the time to look at my resume and find me a position that fit my qualifications. This felt like a light in a very dark tunnel. Ryan called me that morning and spoke to me more about the position and my experience and was very encouraging and supportive. I opened up about the fact that I've only had marketing experience through internships, but he was incredibly motivating and didn't let that discourage me at all! Ryan constantly checked up on me before and after the interview and was incredibly proactive during the process. It really made me feel at ease and I could tell that he went above and beyond as a recruiter. I'm coming up on one month at the role Ryan recruited for me and I am so grateful, especially because he still checks up from time to time to see if I am doing well and liking the position. Glad to have Ryan McCray and Ultimate Staffing by my side throughout this process and at my first adult job, and I'd recommend the same to anyone navigating their job search through intimidating times! read more

Whitney O'Callaghan is the worst to deal with, beside being rude and send out emails like you owe her to find low minimum wage job, She send out emails with unprofessional tune and expect you to respond politely to her. Great staffing agency, Carolyn Miller was such an amazing help, she was patient and communicative.

I was a little unsure of how this experience would go but let's face it, the job market is dense right now and I needed help. I applied to a few jobs that I felt fit what I was looking for and I got a call a few days after from the recruiter, Bailie Carroll, and let me tell you, she did not let me down. I felt like I had been talking to her for years and she was along for the ride on helping me find a job and making sure I was prepped. She kept me updated the entire time and answered any and all questions I had along the way. I didn't get the first place I interviewed at but that was different circumstances and it worked out for the best. After not getting that job Bailie had another job lined up that had exactly what I was looking for. I interviewed and got it! I love where I'm at now and it's all thanks to Bailie Carroll at the Irvine branch! Thank you for being my cheerleader, advocate, and friend through this whole process. Honestly there is nothing remotely close to even "little upset" about ultimate staffing services. It's been 13 years since I last used a staffing service to find work because of the major negative experiences that I've had. But I'm glad I gave it another try. ultimate staffing was surprisingly polar opposite of what I last experienced when it came to staffing service. They actually care about finding work for you. I told Whitney (hands down greatest agent I've had) my salary requiremnts and my past experience and s gave me multiple choices of available jobs that were right around my requested pay with job duties that I have experienced with. Less than 3 working business days she got me sowed up with a job. She made it relatively easy as 1-2-3. If you've had a bad experience with staffing services, it's not staffing service that are bad. It's because your using the wrong staffing service. If ultimate staffing has amazing talent seekers like Whitney O'Callaghan I would rest assure that all the other staff have the same caliber of caring and hardworking ethics as her. Thanks for everything Whitney and everyone at ultimate staffing services! read more

Whitney is so flakey, rude, lacks basic common sense and rarely if ever will return your messages or emails. I was referred by a friend to the agency in late 2021 and they placed me unfortunately with this mean and unprofessional middle aged woman who thinks she's still 25. I did a video interview with her(after having to track her down for almost 2 weeks) and she kept making snarky faces and mentioned my lighting wasn't doing me any justice and questioned my age(umm age discrimination anyone!?!) She said I should invest in a better light in case I did an interview with a potential job and to "dress better". I was in a nice blouse that covered my chest and had light makeup on and my hair down and curled lightly and you couldn't see from the video but was in slacks just in case. She is A BULLY!!!! She legitimately said email your resume right now and I'll reply confirming it was received. Waited 48 hours. Nothing. Called 3 times and never got a human being on the phone-was able to leave her a few messages and emails too. Fast forward roughly 1.5-2 weeks later she "got around" to calling me and did the whole "I've been so so slammed I wish I would've gotten your messages sooner as I had numerous options for you but now sadly I have none". She's pathetic, makes weak excuses for her lack of work ethic and being unable to care or help another human being in need of a job. She made rude comments about my resume but refused to update it and said I could pay someone to do so. Hmm... quite odd. In the past when myself and friends have utilized agencies they want your resume to look the absolute best so they get credit for it and can match you with the best job so they in turn get paid. She isn't smart in any way shape or form. She also told me I didn't need to call and email more than once that when she had time she would get around to contacting me. Wow-way to make a candidate feel so special and like you are really putting your nose to the grindstone to find me work! You lack basic empathy and tact and should work in a completely different field where you don't interact with other human beings because you can't even keep your negative comments to yourself to save your life. Thankfully I'm gainfully employed through an agency who had the decency to treat me well and didn't make me jump through hoops to get a career I deserve and wanted so badly. Whitney needs to be removed from this line of work or change her disrespectful ways. read more

Whitney is absolutely AMAZING!! She is such a gem to work with, she takes you under her wing and genuinely cares about finding the perfect fit for you. She's quick, personable, enthusiastic, and goes above and beyond to guide you the entire way- she'll call and follow up with you, answers any questions or concerns, and keeps the relationship strong throughout the whole process. I worked with her years ago and when I called recently to start my new job search, she called me back immediately and remembered me!! Anyone that's fortunate to work with her is in great hands. Shout out to you Whitney, you're loved and appreciated by many!! read more

I called this office three separate times for a specific job posting on linkedin. Keep in mind I already have a profile with them. They didnt pick up on all three occasions and after few days they called me. When I wanted to inquire if that position was available I was given a roundabout answer saying to go to their website to see what positions were available and apply. When I let the recruiter know that I saw a position on Linkedin she reiterated. So here is what I got postings on Linkedin/ any other job board from them are not positions they are looking to fill for clients/internal it is just advertisement. Good to know now when I see it on any job board I will report as spam. I know how indeed works where spam gets pushed to the bottom so actual candidates dont see random companies advert. read more

So yesterday I applied at a Staffing Agency. It's been a while since I've worked for one, but last time I applied at one (back in 96), I had luck with them. I went to a company called Ultimate Staffing in Irvine. The recruiter I spoke with was great. I was there for maybe an hour, and she said she would submit my resume that same evening to a company that just had some data entry positions open. I said great! She told me to call her tomorrow (today), to see what they said. About an hour later (on my drive home), I received a phone call from the recruiter Whitney. She said the company would like to interview me at 4:45. Great. Was enough time for me to eat and take the call. The lady I interviewed with over the phone asked if I would be able to start Wednesday at 8am. I literally was hired over the phone within 2 hours of applying at Ultimate Staffing! I don't think I've ever been offered a job that quick in my life! So tomorrow I will be working for a non-profit company as a Payables Clerk. I'm excited to get back into the office environment and hope this will turn into a long term opportunity! If anyone is looking for a Staffing Agency, please let me know. I highly recommend Ultimate Staffing in Irvine and to speak with Whitney. read more

I had an appointment at 2PM. E, the lady that works in this office confirmed with me TWICE that I would be at their office at 2PM. Exactly at 2PM, I'm there. I'm in their lobby and E approaches me. She looks at me strangely, then asked "you are"?. My name isn't very difficult to remember so how come she didn't ask if it was me, me that was arriving at 2PM? The office was empty so how hard was it to remember my name? Was she expecting someone perhaps younger? Because that's the very first impression I got. I'm 55 years YOUNG. To be blunt, I didn't get a good feeling about the meeting. It was cold and distant. Perhaps E should be more warmer, and address visitors by their name. I'm done with Ultimate. I'm sure other job seekers will have better experience with them, but not me. Sorry... I decided to give 2 stars, instead of one; Ultimate did try to contact me via phone about this. But I am done. read more
