All she did was file an extension and then give us a termination of her services all because we wouldn't pay her an additional $10k for unaudited financial statements that were requested when we hired her. I would NEVER recommend her and think anyone using her should be very careful of what she's advising you to do, beware you will probably get audited.

Their portal is easy to use & efficient. I liked that I could actually see how each document was used, with markers showing exactly where numbers were pulled from in the PDFs. Their fee was reasonable, and I believe I more than made that back through their expertise. They caught items that my previous tax preparer missed, which made a real difference. If your taxes involve more than just basic W-2s or 1099s, I highly recommend working with a knowledgeable CPA like Sam.
