He got angry and gave me a lecture, because I turned down a position that I felt was not a fit for me. I saw the response from Valerie K. -- the Business Manager at thew Irvine, California office and she did not address the fact that "This agency" abandoned me by not calling me again for any open temporary roles. She was very communicative during my 7 months, from helping me prepare for the initial interview, to being responsive whenever I had any questions throughout the hiring process, and even checking in regularly to ask about my experience with my employer. This communication effort made it feel like she cared about my experience. One thing I think Ultimate Staffing can improve upon is the types of jobs that are available. Whitney reached out to me after I had applied to some openings and after I had sent her my resume she discouraged me from looking at positions I was interested in because I had no experience. I recall one of the positions I had applied for was an entry level position but I guess employers want people with experience even though it's really hard to get an entry level job. She said she'd be willing to look for other positions for me that were better suited with my experience but she never got back and honestly it felt like she wasn't willing to help me look for a job that I was hoping for.
