Wonderful Agency!!! I have worked for many other agencies in the past but Ultimate Staffing in Irvine CA was the best of the best! I want to thank Carolyn M. at Ultimate Staffing for all your help The wage offered is very competitive, not greedy like those other agencies such as Manpower, Select Staffing, and one of the most notorious wage gouging agencies like Cushman & Wakefield and SBM Facility Site Services who take more than 30~40% of your pay rate with no guarantee of any salary raise and replace you if you complain. There I said it! And I don't care what these or other agencies think of my posting since I had my share of being unappreciated, underpaid, and ripped off working for them in the past and I can't say it sure hasn't been a little slice of heaven... because it hasn't! This goes out to all the working class and work-seekers. This is for you! Without all of you hardworking folks out there contracting employment with vulture-like staffing agencies who will only offer the lowest pay grade and are not willing to budge on negotiating a fair salary for you, then their clients and companies will never prosper! Don't be surprised if you run into one of your agency staff working part-time at a used car lot since that's what they're doing good at anyways. Seeking employment in this tough economy is rough and you all deserve respect in whatever field you're into, given praise and encouragement no matter if mistakes are made since we're all only human and we are not perfect. But when the agencies you've chosen to work for only see you as a number and not as an asset, a mere dollar or two will not change the fact that they really don't care about you... sadly but this is the reality. My personal experience was different with Ultimate Staffing compared to my last 3 agencies. Unlike Ultimate Staffing my other agencies will not negotiate and were pretty much the "Take it or leave it" response. So without much of a choice, I took the position through my Agency "A". Later that week, I found out my salary was different when 2 other staffing agencies who contacted me and told me what they were willing to offer me which was a much higher salary and longer-term contract. This is when I came to realize I was lied to and had been taken advantage of by my own staffing agency. Later on, I was contacted by Carolyn Miller from Ultimate Staffing who offered me a position with above fair market salary and unexpected added benefits. Even though the position was on hold and took some time, Ultimate Staffing stuck with me thick and thin until they were able to negotiate with their client to re-open the position that was placed on hold and proceeded with the hiring position status. I never thought there was such a staffing agency who would go the extra mile to help me in my employment search but Carolyn did. Trying to find a great staffing agency these days is hard and for the agency to locate you with suitable employment for job seekers doesn't happen overnight, but it will happen just as it happened to me. So if you're unhappy with your salary, placed environment, or maybe just need a fresh start in your career, give Ultimate Staffing a chance like I have and allow them to provide you with all the guidance you need for your next employment search. This is my honest review of Ultimate Staffing Services in Irvine, and specifically my representative, Whitney O'Callaghan. Our firm occasionally hires temporary administrative staff, and we have used a handful of different companies over the years. The results have been mixed and the process was generally a bit of a headache. I must say that this was the best decision that I have made career wise in many years. I had the privilege of meeting Andrew Yi through my daughter who was searching for a job. I was working with another agency, that undercut my pay by 25%, but I needed the job and we could barely live on what they paid. So I called Andrew and asked about any jobs he might have in the cue. I had an amazing experience at this ultimate staffing location. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt it was important to acknowledge how great the staff was. I received a phone call from Erin -who was so sweet and upbeat and that energy was felt through the initial phone call - earlier last week and had an interview with Whitney that Friday. Whitney was so nice to work with, she's very straight forward and attentive. We stayed in constant communication every step of the way and by the next Thursday (today) I had an interview. Not only did I have an interview I got the job! During this past week I was in communication with Whitney but have also gotten a chance to interact with a few other people , Ryan , Erin and Allison. I must say, Ultimate Staffing has been one of the best temp agencies I've ever worked for and I've worked for several temp companies throughout my job experience. They were extremely fast in finding me a position at a lab and did not have to do an interview to get the job, which I love. The best part of it all was working with Andrew Yi.
