We had a family reunion trip and renting a party bus was the last hoo-rah of our event. I got quotes from 10 other companies and ultimate limos was the cheapest, HOWEVER I did read reviews previous to booking and many of the reviews were not great. Last minute cancellations, poor service etc. After a discussion with the family, we thought we'd give them the benefit of doubt and book anyway knowing it was a gamble. 11am of the day we were supposed to have the party bus, I get a call that the party bus is "broken down" and that they had to cancel our reservation. I gave 2 stars because they did call to cancel and they did give me my full refund however, 6 hours does not give us enough time to book another option. Everything was booked and our evening was ruined. Spend the extra money and go with a company that wont leave you hanging on the day of. To the company, check your vehicles regularly. Your short coming ruined what was supposed to be our last event and send off. read more

I can't say enough good things about their service! Carol is prompt, professional and ready to accommodate your party. We had the limo, driven by Telly! He was early, professional, and opened bottle of champagne that was provided to us! As promised, water, soda and ice were provided. I will recommend this limo service to everyone I know! Thank you Carol and Telly! read more

I've used Ultimate Limousines multiple times for city tours, and every experience has been excellent. From the administrative staff to the drivers, the entire team is professional, friendly, and quick to respond throughout all communication. The vehicles are always clean and comfortable, and everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I truly appreciate the level of service they provide and will definitely continue to use Ultimate Limousines in the future. Highly recommend! read more

I really wish the owner read my original comment.. It was quite difficult to get a response during the quoting process and therefore my experience with your service was terrible. For anyone reading this, there are other limo services out there that provide prompt responses and respect their customers' questions. The owner's reply to my review only highlights a lack of integrity in how they treat their clients. read more

We were really interested in this company BUTTTTTT if keep asking me the same question after I already answered it that's a sign move on to another company. Who knows what kind of craziness would happen the day of my event. Thank but NO THANKS! read more

Ultimate Limousines - Either this is a auto message or?!?! - Limos Near Me - Orange, California

I see the company responded saying I am lying and my friend booked this. I 100% booked this myself - see attached booking receipt and credit card charge with my name. My friend only got involved when I was frustrated and upset on the phone, and she attempted to get on the phone with them to handle. If the employee who responded to me "knows I was refunded" they would know that the reservation and point of contact (name and number) was under my name and no one else's. I did not want anything for free or even a discount. I mentioned I spoke to Dave several times who quoted me $450 per ride, which I also have in writing in ALL of the confirmation emails I received. If they made a mistake in communicating the pricing to me (several times), I mentioned that I understand that employees make mistakes, however, as my previous review stated, after *confirming* several times and even that morning, this other team member (the man that was extremely rude and disrespectful) called me to bulldoze me about the reservation as outlined in my previous review as well. I HAD to book a van service rather than a sprinter because my reservation was canceled by Ultimate Limousines LESS THAN 24 HOURS before my booking, and I had also only budgeted the $450 per each way, so I had to find another company that could transport all 7 of us with luggage for around the same price. I never spoke to "Rosemary" who responded to my comment, so I am not sure how she would know the details of my booking or what I "wanted". The response to me is disgraceful, rather than an apologetic response to the horrible experience that I had. read more

I booked this company for a limo for my daughter's 13th birthday October 19, 2024. They charged my credit card for the deposit. I called the day before her party to confirm and they had lost my reservation and said they "may" be able to help me. I panicked as I was traveling all day and had no access to WiFi or phone on my flight. I found several other company's that could help and asked Ultimate Limousines if they could match the price. I presume I received a discounted quote because of the last minute booking. They never responded. I called them to ask and they said they could "do something" but at the original quote. I asked for a refund. Terribly disappointing and stressful and I was the one to call them repeatedly! They told me when they had secured a limo they would send me a confirmation and that was 3 hours ago. They never did. I went with a different company and got a 14 passenger limo for $150 less. I don't even care about the money I wanted a secure booking I could count on. The customer service was horrible. Carole acted like it was my fault they couldn't find my reservation even though I had two emails from them and my credit card was charged. read more

I can't say enough good things about Andy and Carol at Ultimate Limousine-from the beginning inquiries to the bookings, to the execution of drivers, everything was superb. I ordered 4 passenger vans and 11 Escalades!! Yeah, right?! A huge event with 35 Olympic athletes to charter!! And UL delivered! The communication throughout for such a large order made me feel so confident that all was taken care of...everything on time, everything with class!! I'll be using UL again as my first go-to for all my celebrities! read more

BEWARE - UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY DEBIT CARD Rented a limo for an event on 4/29/23. Total was $1800 including a mandatory $178 tip to the driver. So it wasn't really a *tip* Paid deposit of $300 on 2/16/23 Paid remaining due $1500 on 4/19/23 When the bus arrived is was clean but smelled a little like *skunk* but no big deal. When the excursion was over everyone carefully cleaned the bus, making sure there was no mess, no empty containers, etc., and it was as clean or cleaner than when it arrived. the driver didn't mention any extra charges, nor did I get any call from the company. Several days later, we noticed an additional charge of $250 on the debit card we originally used for the $300 deposit. We didn't receive any notice, email, call, text, or communication of any kind. Just a charge. I tried calling the business several times. Each time i was told that nobody could help except the bookkeeper, but that person wasn't in that day. I tried 4-5 times but kept getting the same answer - the bookkeeper isn't in, you can't leave a message, you have to talk to the bookkeeper, nobody here knows anything about it. The thing that struck me was that in this day and age everyone has email, voicemail, fax - but the people there were telling me I had to talk to the bookkeeper and only the bookkeeper. No offer to take a message or have the bookkeeper call me. Since I never heard from them I tried to have the bank reverse the charges. But since it was a debit card, the bank was unable to help. Fast forward to June: Someone named Andy from Ultimate called my daughter and got very pushy with her. He told her it was a cleaning charge, but there's no mention of extra cleaning charges in the contract, except for food left on the bus. My daughter asked Andy to call me, and he did. But claimed we had a bad connection (though I could hear him fine) and I would have to call him back. When I did, what a surprise, he wasn't in the building and they told me to call back tomorrow. Same story as before. Now a few days later, still no call back. In the future I would not use this company. their customer service is poor, the person who called was very unfriendly to my daughter, and the unauthorized charges to my bank account are totally unacceptable. I fear I will have to go to small claims court to get this resolved. Receipts attached. read more

My experience with ultimate limousines was fantastic, Rene our driver showed up on time, and got to the wedding venue on time. I called approximately a month ago and the gentleman that helped me was straight to the point, we booked a sprinter van for 14 people day of my wedding, for 8 hours. Price was reasonable, and not knowing what to expect when the van showed up, we were all shocked. The Sprinter Van was almost like a mini party bus, came full stocked with water and soda, we could connect our music to the speaker and have a great time on the way to the wedding venue. Again huge shoutout to Rene our driver, she was amazing, very professional the whole time, at no point did we have to wait around for her, she was early at both pick up from the initial location and pick up at the venue at the end of the night. All my groomsmen had an amazing time, and we would not hesitant to book with this company again. The Van was clean, air conditioning worked, driver was on time, and we got to and from the venue safely I was hesitant at first due to other peoples reviews, but the amazing service by Rene will keep me coming back every time. read more

I highly encourage anyone thinking of booking with this company to AVOID and not take the biggest gamble of whether or not you will have a ride. My friend booked a party bus to take us to the after party of my wedding. Everything was set and pick up was supposed to happen at 11PM. At 10:30 PM, my friend gets a text that the bus had "broken down" and can't pick us up anymore and he has no other alternatives for us.. So ridiculous and unprofessional of a transportation company literally responsible for picking up 20 people after a wedding, who are now left with no choice but to call an uber last minute. A reliable transportation service should have backup plans in place for such situations or at least be able to promptly arrange an alternative solution. When booking transportation for a special occasion, reliability is key, and unfortunately, they failed miserably in that regard. If you're looking for a stress-free and dependable party bus experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

I hired Ultimate Limo for a work event that required three sprinter vans to pick up at LAX and drive us back to Orange County. Ultimate Limousines was amazing. From my initial contact to the final drop off, everything was perfect. I rented a 40 passenger bus for prom and the kids loved it. The driver was great and extremely patient (38 teenagers)! He was on time and even pulled over adyer leaving because the Bluetooth didn't connect for music. He provided a cable and the party was on! The bus was stocked with soda and water luckily as the kids were super thirsty after prom. The kids are already asking for the same bus for Senior Prom. Thank you! read more

My favorite party bus company! They truly have the best customer service, staff and buses. Everything was quoted to me on the phone, best party bus prices I've seen in LA. Our chauffeur for the night was Tee, I've also ridden with Armika -- both are excellent! The buses itself were STUNNING. They have enough room to dance and have fun. Great sound system as well. DON'T BOTHER SHOPPING AROUND. GO WITH THIS PLACE! My friends and I could not have been more thrilled with Ultimate Limo. It was my first trip to LA for a girl's trip & finding transportation was a little overwhelming at first... the SECOND Andy answered the phone I knew I called the right place. I read some of the not so great reviews, and I was honestly unfazed. I immediately trusted him based on that one call and they continued to prove me right over and over again. Side note: MAJORITY of the other places I called didn't even answer their phones (Truly shocking). As an out of towner, I was so turned off by a transportation company not picking up a call and wouldn't want to be stranded with that... A lot of them were also trying to upsell me, unclear of their prices/other fees, and would brag about the "celebrities" that use their service (don't care)... Andy and Carol were AUTHENTIC, PROFESSIONAL, and would run through the prices ON the phone with you, no BS. This company was STRAIGHT to the point. Quoted me the options I needed and didn't sneak in any other fees. They knew the area and transportation times off the bat. I can't even say enough good things. I loved how safe we felt and how incredibly responsive they were throughout the entire process. Any email I sent was immediately answered, any call I made was answered and/or returned immediately. I was beyond impressed. They were also so flexible (we needed to provide our address at a later time, and had some time changes). They worked WITH us, and truly made our pick up and drop off so easy. Having a group of all out of state girls needing pick up and drop off in a busy area was something we didn't need to worry about because of this company. We felt safe and didn't worry about a THING from start to finish. Shout out to Erik for being a great driver, I am so glad I trusted my gut on this decision and would highly recommend them. I could go on and on. THANK YOU! read more

let's see how long this review stays on, they had my previous review removed. Im not the only one with this experience Im warning you !! don't book !!! I called and requested to Rent a Limo for 5 hours while we went to have breakfast for my sons 10th birthday and we were picked up and everything was okay until we saw that she was entering Disneyland instead of the Disneyland hotel and we let her know and showed the address on our contract was not where we were, she seemed upset and let us know that she typed in the address and this is where we were. We pulled up the address to Disneyland and showed her it was a different address. She seemed upset since then. we get to the restaurant and the Driver told us get your things make sure nothing is left behind someone else would pick us up, we said okay. When we finished our breakfast no one was calling us or letting us know who would pick us up, we called the limo service and they told us we were supposed to be given a card with a number so we can call when we were done.We let the employee know that we didn't receive a card and that's why we wanted to know the status of the driver. He had us on hold for a while and he was condescending and unprofessional when we just needed to know who was going to pick us up we asked for his name he said he didn't need to give us his name and that he wasn't an employee that he just volunteered his time answering the phones there. Honestly it's one of the worst experiences of my life. My son is Autistic and was so excited about the limo and this company completely ruined his first experience. the drivers name was Amy and the man on the phone gave us no name, when we asked to speak to a supervisor he said no one else was there. We paid 585.00 for a 1.25 min ride to Disneyland Hotel. When we made a reservation they asked how many hours do you need it for ? we said from 11:00a-4:00p and they confirmed with us the times the date. Please save your money and go elsewhere. We were stranded with 6 kids in the heat and had to pay an additional 185 for two UBERS to get us home. read more

Do not use this company!!! We scheduled a limo for pick up Saturday 1/27@11:30am. The limo arrived on time and the driver was courteous. BUT THE LIMO? Was an 18 year old high mileage car that shouldn't have been a car you give a client. The motor was knocking, the A\C would only blow cold once the car was in motion. Windows exterior and interior were dirty as was the car in general. Inside was wore out and you felt every bump the car hit. The worse part is there were no working lights in the back of the car. So we were using our phone lights once nightime came about. Left a message for the owner regarding how disappointed we were and didn't hear back, so we left a Yelp review. Then all the sudden the owner "Andy" calls me and tries to explain that his driver took the wrong car as the car he took was for sale and shoul have never been on the road(hmmmm) he explains he will give us a free limo for our next event. Unfortunately I would never use his company again and I requested a partial refund. He called me and it went bad from there. He wanted me to remove the Yelp review.
