My family and I had booked a party bus from them for a Concert at Sofi Stadium on 6/15/2024. We went with them because they offered bathrooms and sinks and my parents are older. So we paid $1,800.00 for the trip. When they picked us up one of us went to use the bathroom and noticed the toilet wouldn't flush and the sink was broken. The driver looked and said that the water tank was empty and that they must not have filled it. So I offered to get my hose and fill the tank and she said that was fine. I filled the tank and at least the toilet worked for the trip there. After the concert we got back and someone tried to use the restroom and the water was empty again, so my best guess is the holding tank had a crack. So all the toilet paper the girls used just got stuck in the toilet and we had to pull over to use a restroom on the ride back which defeated the whole purpose of why we went with this company. I called them the next day and told the lady the story and she felt bad and apologized and said she would have the manager Andy Wagner call me and take care of it. I never heard back and in the next couple of weeks called two more times with no response. I finally got him on the phone and he said that the toilets are just an added benefit to their limos and they don't affect the price. Which is the stupidest thing I've heard. I called other places with the same size buses with no toilet and they were $600.00 cheaper. Then he said that the holding tank might be cracked but that the particular bus was at the shop and it would take 4 weeks until he got it back to confirm that even though the limo driver confirmed the tank showed up empty and was empty at the end of the concert. In the end Andy offered no compensation or discount for this but just made excuses. I would have taken a $200.00 discount or something but he basically said sorry and too bad. I tried to dispute it with my bank and he sent a letter and lied and send there was no problems and my bank couldn't do anything. I have attached the letter he wrote to the bank. I would never rent from them again and warn anyone else to look elsewhere. There are tons of other limo services in Los Angeles. read more

I was referred to this company by a friend! I'm so glad to have used their services for my daughter and her friends for prom and her 18th birthday! From the first time I called I was put at ease with the help of carol explaining the process and letting us and the other parents call in with their portion that was due. I called multiple times and made changes from a party bus to downsizing to a smaller limousine! I can't believe how accommodating carol & Carla have been. Trying to arrange transportation for 8 teenagers isn't an easy task! I couldn't be happier and they decorated the limo inside for her birthday as well as took them to prom. Kevin was their driver he was so great with all the parents and the kids explaining the contract and what is expected of them and made them sign the agreement which as a parent I loved holding them accountable!! NEVER BOOK THIS COMPANY. As others have noted Andy (the manager) is the absolute worst at customer service. How they even allow him to deal with customers is beyond me. After hiring a bus to drive 40 people an hour to an event for a bachelor / bachelorette party, the bus pulled up with no A/C. It was also 115 in Palm Springs that day. The driver kept trying to get it to work but to no avail. Andy / management did not offer a single solution and kept us waiting over an hour and so we ordered Ubers. The driver told me to contact Andy about a refund. The next day I called the company and was told Andy was not in but that a refund was issued and that if I wanted to I could leave a call back number. I did. A week passes and no call back. I call Andy. He is immediately defensive, cutting me off, explaining how everything was out of his control and that he was upset that my best friend (the groom) left him a bad review. I couldn't even explain the situation, that we ended up having to rush through dinner because we were an hour late to try to get to our event on time. That the Ubers were crazy expensive because we had a long distance to travel, a bunch of Ubers to drive all 40 people and needed to get there as quickly as possible since we were incredibly late. Andy would not listen. Even just try to hear what I had to say without cutting me off saying "he's been doing this since 1985, here's what you need to understand." He has no idea the situation he caused, no responsibility for delivering a broken bus to us, and no apology for ruining our plans and forcing us to figure out and pay for the solution. Our call lasted all of three minutes before he hung up on me because I said if he continued to talk to me that way, I was going to write a bad review. Here's what you need to understand Andy. In a customer service business, you need to listen to your customers, especially when you dropped the ball and provided a horrible experience. Don't give this guy your money or your time. Before calling this company, I had received several quotes from other limo companies and they were all ridiculously priced and had a four hour minimum, outrageous service fees, and mandatory tips which I think is ridiculous. We had a covid test issued that kept our trip in limbo till the last day. They bent over backward to make sure we got taken care of once the approval came in on our covid issue. We booked Andy and his team for a large corporate event in Palm Springs, with a complicated schedule stretched out over two weeks. Andy was super communicative and made sure every single transport was taken care of, no matter what size or time, and was really helpful in working out every detail of the logistics with me. I called Friday November 25 at 11;50am to schedule a limo for my son's 21st birthday for Friday November 25 at 5pm. His 2 friends that were going in the limo came down with Covid. They cancelled. I called the limo company within 6 minutes of scheduling a limo to cancel & Andy a guy in charge said I need to send an email to his company to cancel. he had never explained on the phone that there is a cancellation policy of $100.00. I emailed a cancellation all within 6 minutes of making the reservation and cancelling the reservation. Now he is trying to RIP me off for a cancellation fee. I tried calling him 2 times and he was avoiding me. Finally called back a few hours later to ask him why he is charging me a cancellation fee. He said he quickly found a limo, put gas in it and found a driver all within 6 minutes of my initial call. I have a phone call log and an email log that it was only 6 minutes. I had an amazing experience booking three party bus rides for a bachelorette party last weekend. Andy and the entire team were a pleasure to work with - they were professional, highly communicative, and did everything they said they would. Each of the three drivers called me the day before to confirm the ride and again 15-20 minutes before the arrived. Was really hoping for a better experience for a last minute event booking (one day to the next). I will say it was a good rate/experience until it wasn't. Over the phone I was told one rate. I asked about the difference of booking for 4hours versus 6 hours; I was told $550 for 4hours and would be given a discount for 6hours and could offer $650 or atleast that is what I understood. I decided to go with the four hours and asked for a credit card for a deposit of $100 and I agreed. Andy told me he would call me the following day to confirm and can pay the balance with the same credit card at that time or pay cash on the day of event. I told Andy I rather do cash on the day of. I missed the confirmation call on the following day because I was at work. But Andy text me and said he was trying to confirm. I replied to the text and said yes, but that I wanted to go from the original four hours to six hours. He said ok no problem. I recived an email with confirmation of payment for $825; again not the rate I was expecting or for the bill to be paid on the credit card. I text Andy to question why I was billed a different rate and was told to call and speak with someone. When I called to clarify the difference Andy told me I was never quoted $650 for 6hours and it was ridiculous of me to even think that was possible, he said if you divide the hours it doesn't even add up. A little rude, but ok I guess my bad. We went back and forth and then I said then maybe this is miscommunication but again it was not what I was quoted. On top of that I was billed on my credit card for the amount of $825 without ever giving the ok for the card to be run for anything more than the deposit. Andy said since I was unhappy he would give me a discount of $75 or he could cancel and have my money refunded. He said he does business with Disney and the studios and there was no funny business going on and if I wanted to cancel it was not a problem. He left me with the impression I would get a full refund because it was obvious I was not happy and it was obvious he was annoyed as well. I told him I was leaning toward cancellation and would call back within the hour. When I called back to cancel Andy said fine I will cancel but you will be charged a cancellation fee. I asked him why didn't he mention the cancellation fee when we spoke earlier he said I don't tell everyone on every call about the cancellation fee he said I can't predict what's in the future. I told him the whole reason I was canceling was because the rate was not what I was originally quoted and that he suggested the cancellation. Then I was told I wasn't being honest and this is business. I told him when you offered a full refund you could have mentioned there was going to be a fee charged. He told me I was just being difficult because I wasn't getting my way and I should admit that I was wrong. He said several times I wasn't being honest and the cancellation fee was part of doing business. He told me I can't call the night before and expect to get a refund, when again it was his suggestion. Rather than continue to be talked to like I was ignorant and be told I was lying I hung up on Andy and sent a request to cancel via email. I admit I was not easiest to talk with but it was because he was being very rude and making rude comments. Not once was there an admintion of potentially a misunderstanding, which could have ended things with a better negotiation.. MAYBE! But the whole conversation was how I was a liar and told I should calculate the hours, do the math! If you do business with Andy get it all in writing and confirm the rates; it cost me $100 for this shitty experience. But as Andy said This is business! And so is my post! read more

This was the worst company to use. STAY AWAY. The general manager Andy has done nothing but tried to accuse us for things that we did not do to get more money out of us. They are a shady shady company!!!! The General Manager-Andy even went as far to say that he has "video proof" BUT WONT SHOW IT TO US!! Hmmm seems a bit odd since we said we'd like to see the "proof" to know what we are being charged for? We solely used this company as transportation from Corona to Culver City, for a family event.
