I would probably say I've never delt with a printing company that was more helpful and sincere and as the owner of a printing company I have delt with a LOT of printing companies. Yes, it's true. I also own a printing company and sometimes we vend out items that we can't produce inhouse. If you want a headache and empty pockets use Ultimate Image printing. I placed multiple orders with this company over the span of 2 years. They never got the color right on my re-prints. You would think that after multiple times approving the color they would be able to provide an identical product. But every time the color different. I had to waste my time driving every time to approve the color. On top of that it would take 10 days to receive my prints. After I decided I was done with the inefficiency of Ultimate Image Printing I got quote from another printing company. They even re-wrapped our logos at no charge when we wanted to change it up a bit.
