I've had two reasonably priced laser treatments here. The first day I went in the owner was real nice and spent time with me. Every subsequent visit she didn't remember, it was an act of congress to find my file every time. Different girls zap a little bit bigger or a little bit smaller area, so there's no consistency in treatment. One time I was crying in pain, and the next time I went in I complained about how much it hurt and they said they fired that lady because she didn't know what she was doing. NO KIDDING. They are always interviewing, and have high turnover in staff. Something is just off at this place. There are too many other options to settle for this place. read more

I have never had to wait more than five minutes for my scheduled appointment. My service provider has always been very professional and friendly, and let's face it, when getting the Brazilian bikini laser, this woman gets pretty intimate with you. The procedure itself is very quick. I've had laser treatment at other locations as well, and there's no way around it: it's not a pain-free procedure. But compared to waxing, it's a walk in the park. My results have been very good, especially my underarms. I would recommend them to anyone. (My sister in NYC is paying five times what I'm paying for the same results.) read more

Yesterday I went for my first laser hair treatment that I purchased on Groupon. I couldn't find the business and ended up late and grumpy. The girls were nice in the office. I was then escorted into a room for a consultation--not treated there, but the towels that I sat on were crumpled up--didn't seem clean. Next, I was asked if I wanted the "2 finger" treatment or the "extended bikini" treatment--of course there was going to be an additional charge. When She explained the difference, I commented that all other "small area" treatments that I had received were what they were referring to as "extended," the tech didn't have much to say. The treatment room was clean, and I guess she gave me "the extended." The tech ended up okay. I looked back at the Groupon, and in their ad, there's no distinction between "regular" or "extended". read more

I had laser hair removal performed here and I must say I am very satisfied. I am an African American female with a darker skin tone and I'm a nurse so I made sure to do my research before trying laser hair removal. The type of laser that works best for my skin tone is used at Ultimate Image. It was very affordable I paid $140 for 6 sessions that take over 8 months to complete. I'm on my fifth session and I no longer have to shave or tweeze hair it just stopped growing. It really worked better than I expected. I had electrolysis before and it didn't work so to be honest I didn't expect this to work either but it did. My one regret is that I didn't take a before picture. Denise has done most of my treatments and I really like her. She's very nice and doesn't rush and she makes sure she gets all the hair. If you are darker complexed and are afraid you really should try it because they made a believer out of me. Oh, I haven't had any negative side effects like some people say they have had. I guess it all depends on the laser type and the technician using it. Denise is good! read more

we have used this place for my daughter's laser treatments for the last 2 years. the service depends on the technician and while we have never insisted on anyone specific, there have been times when my daughter's face swells up a lot and hurts for a couple days. so keep in mind that everyone reacts differently but you must speak to your technician so they can provide solutions and are aware of your sensitivities. we now prefer to have Kelly handle my daughter's skin. we had a recent issues, which was handled very professionally by the owner and Kelly and we are pleased with the resolution. read more

Been going here for years: think this is the best investment I've done for my body (other than healthy eating habits!). The owner, Mahshid, is very thorough, friendly, experienced in lazer hair removal, and does run great specials every now and then. Definitely recommend this place. But you have to be realistic with your expectations. Typically 6 treatments are not enough to completely kill the hair (reduction will be fantastic, but not complete removal): 10 - 12 will eventually eliminate the hair for good. Love this team and will continue going here until I'm done (which doesn't seem too far fetched). read more

I absolutely love this place! My fiance bough the packages for me so that I could be smooth and worry free for my photography sessions, the wedding day and honeymoon. Plus, who wants to worry about shaving when you are getting married and going to the beach?! I love this place because they have such friendly staff and the best machines! I previously had a Groupon for another office in Frisco called Rodgers Dermatology. That place was awful, their machine not only stayed on the same setting for all 6 of my treatments, but I also got minor skin burns. Their machine hurts a lot too because it uses a suction at the same time as the laser. BUT with Ultimate Image, they not only had a top notch machine with cool air puffs, appropriate for my skin type, they also increased/adjusted the settings for each appointment. This is important because a lot of places cheat you by never adjusting the strength. We loved their prices; they are very nice! Much more competitive than Ideal Image. read more

The Plano location is hard to figure out where the office is located at first because of the way the building is designed. I started at that location but didn't like that sometimes they would not put me with someone that was not my normal technician, even when she was there. One day I found out they had a Dallas location and that made all the difference because it's both closer and I got to work with Amber. Amber is THE best! She really takes her time to find the right services for her clients (without being slow). After three different companies that I tried lazer services with, she is the only one who could get me results. I give her 5 stars! The review gets one less because the online system to set up appointments really needs some work. Amber has to rush around to get appointments seen about the right time because the online system doesn't specify what machine the client will be needing. My advice: go at Amber and don't book online, start with a Groupon or special package if your not sure. I did and have bought many more since. read more
