Every time I visit, the staff has been very helpful. When I am wandering around, someone always approaches me to see if I need any help. There is so much merchandise, it's great to have staff to assist the customers in finding the items on their list. I have bought materials for watercolor, drawing, and journaling classes. They even sell skeins of yarn that I've bought for my crochet class! Blick offers a student discount. This past weekend, I took advantage of their Fall sale and online coupon. I actually spent less than I saved! Great store with knowledgeable staff and good parking.

I was greeted by the cashier and also by another staff lady while I was browsing in the aisles. The store itself is nicely organized and if you test any of their pens, pencils, or anything like that, they have a separate tray where you can place them. I'm thinking they probably do a sanitize thing with them, which is cool. I will have to stop in again sometime!

Be prepared that this is bulk so unless you're going to volunteer again or wrap a couple hundred baskets, be prepared to store them all for multiple years or repurpose! I wish they had a medium level option. Some of their pics are misleading so the dimensions are everything! My purchase from 2021 is still going strong with annual basket making !

I placed my order Wednesday around 1230pm and received a call from Lenny within an hour. He said they didn't have all the stock on the goods but they were at another location. One of them, I knew about, which was fine. He said he would figure it out and ship what he had and I would get it the next day. Then, he said, he would work on the others. Within a day, I received the first package (Thursday). Then, the second package came the day after on Friday. Needless to say, I am very impressed with a company that would go above and beyond to help a hobbyist like me on a small order. Truly appreciate the hustle with this company and definitely recommend ordering from them. Also, they had great pricing and a large selection on Madeira thread, along with a pick up option to save on shipping. I will definitely be visiting their store some time soon. Buy with confidence from them! Thank you Lenny and McLogan Supply staff!

A one stop destination for gifts or to buy yourself something cool. One of the best things about this store is definitely their prices on crystals. They have some of the most reasonable prices I've seen anywhere. I was recently in Sedona where prices were double to triple the price. Whether you're shopping for quartz, amethyst, or any other stones, you get great quality without breaking the bank. Many are in different sizes, shapes, etc. They also carry a really great selection of Sage and other smudging herbs. Beautiful dream catchers, jewerly, beautiful pieces of art, books, etc. I am a fan.

Today, neither happened, but it was still not a pleasant experience. As I walked in, I asked an employee if they had a restroom and for the location. When she answered, she hesitated and pointed to the back right corner, "back, right corner". Okay, cool, I headed straight back there and there was a sign "currently closed", for both men's and women's (I totally would lock the door in the men's just to pee if it was open). I did come in to buy a few things, so I grabbed what I needed and as I head to the check out, an "older" (probably 50's) male employee was walking sideways and backward toward me. I stopped walking, as we were going to collide. I said, "hi, excuse me" as he got within a couple inches of bumping me. He didn't apologize or anything, just kept on doing whatever task he was doing with nothing in his hands nor a cart with merch to put back... idk, maybe I'm just a b*+c#?? Theeennnnnn, the girl who completely stumbled when telling me where the restrooms were, was also the cashier at the moment of my checking out. I gently told her the restrooms were both closed and she replied with, "yea, ok, but I told you where they were." Yea, you did. I won't fault you there, missy. Then, I said, "I asked where it was because I need to use it", with a reply of "oh, sorry ‍". Always a good story about the decency and helpfulness of your employees, Michaels. Thanks!! At least I have someone nee in my day to shake my head at.... oh, P.S. pricing is blah here, being more on the higher side for cheap products. Good thing I only came in for stickers and construction paper.

A wonderful experience at Hobby Lobby in Santa Ana #650, thanks to Ada in the fabric department!…read more I came in with a craft in mind for my daughter's birthday party this Saturday!Once I started looking at the options and the different price points- I became overwhelmed. Ada was truly an angel. She took considerable time to listen to my vision, understand the craft, and then offered thoughtful ideas and options that worked within my budget. She was knowledgeable, creative, kind and I never felt rushed. I appreciate how invested Ada was in helping make my craft come together. This was only my 2nd time at Hobby Lobby, (normally shop at Michael's), but Ada's customer service honestly had me thinking, "Why don't I come here more often?" It was a great experience. I left feeling excited about the birthday craft and very satisfied with my $220 purchase. Ada is an asset to this store, and I hope she receives recognition for providing exceptional customer service!

I was…read moregenuinely happy to be there, just browsing around, looking at things, and hoping to find something cute for my daughter. My daughter pointed at a Highland cow plushie, and a worker who was standing around the shelf suddenly said, "That's twenty dollars." I hadn't asked how much it was, wasn't looking at the price, and honestly wasn't even having an interaction with her. The comment caught me off guard and made me feel like I was being judged based on whether I could afford it. My daughter ended up choosing a Precious Moments plushie instead. As I was walking toward the checkout behind my friend, the same employee, while she was checking out another customer, said to me, "Are you going to pay for that?" Obviously I was walking toward the cashier because I intended to pay for it. The way it was said felt extremely rude and made me feel like I was being treated as though I was trying to steal something. What really disappointed me was that I came in happy, with my daughter, simply wanting to browse and enjoy some time together. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. There are respectful ways to assist customers or ask questions without making them feel watched, judged, or suspected of something. I understand employees have a job to do, but customer service and the way you speak to people matter. I hope management addresses this because no customer should leave a store feeling embarrassed or unwelcome when they haven't done anything wrong. This was around 4 pm. Thursday, August 27th.

First we called the Norco location, but they were not that interested in looking beyond what was on the floor. We understood. Then we thought of calling the Anaheim Hills location and had a totally different experience entirely. We were fortunate to get Cathy/Kathy on the phone and she looked on the floor first, but then took the extra step to climb on a ladder to find exactly what we were looking for, all while we waited on the phone. They had a few of them in a box stacked up high, and she just made it happen for us. We totally appreciated her taking the extra step and putting them on hold for us. We drove over to the store, they were waiting in a cart for us, we ended up spending a few hundred dollars at this location because of her willingness to be helpful and take the extra step.

This flagship brick-and-mortar location first opened in 2016 and M.Lovewell used to have a mini location inside Contra Coffee + Tea in Old Towne Orange (now closed). At the end of each July, the store offers Anniversary Weekend sales with an additional 20% off most items. [Parking]: There is a parking structure across the street for 4th Street Market. I had no issue finding free street parking in this part of town on Sunday afternoon. [Selection]: There was a tote-making station for a $25 DIY tote (choose a tote color and one patch, tell the staff where you want it, and the staff will iron it on for you) and Build a Washi Tin for $44 (limited-edition 10-year washi tin and choose eight washi tapes to fit inside the tin). I was quite impressed with the cute stationery selection including planners, pens (Tombow ABT PRO Alcohol Markers + Zebra's MILDLINER) from brands like Sarasa, Penco, Zebra, Mono, and Uni-ball, writing paper (MD Paper), cases and pouches from The Superior Labor, greeting cards, stickers, stamps, watercolor boards, Toyo toolboxes, etc. They even offer really fancy pens from brands like OHTO as well as $200+ fountain pens and inks for fountain pens. They have tester pens for customers to try out. On their website, customers can preorder The Hobonichi Techo for new releases for the upcoming year. [Conclusion]: Overall this shop focuses more on Japanese stationery brands (they do not sell MUJI here) and personally this is one of the best pure stationery shops in Orange County. I like this store much better than places like Shorthand, Baum-kuchen, or The Social Type in Los Angeles.
