He joked that he'd have it done in one hour on a Saturday -- which they close at 1:00, something he did not tell me. I left and called two hours later to check on my car. He said he wouldn't have time to work on it today and asked if I could walk there because "it should be time enough since they close in 20 minutes." I rushed over. He said I owed $80 and that it would go toward my final bill for the "diagnosis." I paid, and we made an agreement that I'd drop my car off the next week. He promised it would only take a short time. I let him know I needed the car for work and that I'd be using a family member's car in the meantime. He once again joked about how easy of a fix it would be and told me not to worry -- it would be done before the week was out (this was Thursday). I dropped the car off. Saturday came, and the car still had not been fixed. I let them know I had to come get it. When I arrived, I asked if I owe anything? They responded, "Nothing, today." They asked me to bring the car back the following week because they were waiting on a part. I never brought the car back because I was displeased with the constant joking about how fast it would be, yet no work was done besides the "diagnostic" -- which I had already supplied to them upon arrival, and paid for. I am still driving around with a check engine light on, and they continue to bill me OVER $300. FOR WHAT?? When I call, they constantly say "they're busy right now and can't talk." My family has used them for many years, and I was told to go here. They have witnessed what Jake and his team of scammers have tried to pull on me. He will not be receiving any of our business again, and I hope people take this as a warning. If you want to get scammed and still have a broken car, this is your place.

Long story short, I thought I could fix cracks and scratches on a first-gen Porsche Boxster from watching YouTube videos and completely flopped. In my panic, I drove my car to Heavenly Bodyworks based off of previous reviews I've read here on Yelp and was absolutely thrilled at the job they've done (see before and after pics). My car looked brand-new and my only regret is that I didn't go sooner. Junior, Crystal, and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and beyond fair - an absolute gem and rarity in an industry notorious for sketchy business practices. I've been back several times since then for smaller jobs (car handle that didn't open from the inside, blown headlight) and each time has been a pleasant experience. I really hope I don't have to come back any time soon (because that means I messed up my baby somehow) but at this point, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

This was the first time I needed to have body work done on a vehicle. I didn't know anything about the body shops near my house and I was leery about using the one the insurance company was pushing me towards. The estimate was very thorough and detailed. I was pleasantly surprised that every little scratch and dent was documented, photographed and sent to the insurance company. Once the insurance company released payment I scheduled the repairs. V&F had my truck for 4 days (exactly how long they originally estimated). I had several small dents right in the body line of my front door and several major scratches in the paint. They fixed the dents and painted both passenger side doors as well as the fender to blend everything in. You can't tell there were ever any scratches or dents. The quality of the job done was fantastic. So the quality of work is great but how's the customer service? That was great too! John, Nicole, Victoria and Michelle were very friendly throughout the process. I received a phone call, text and/or email every single day with updates on the progress of the repairs and the estimated day and time they would be complete. Overall, this is a good business. Rest assured they will fix your vehicle correctly and treat you well.

I was given honest feedback and recommendations for repair work. The timing was exceptional. All time estimates were on point. After completing the job that they were paid for they even buffed out scratches and kinks complimentary. I felt like they were very willing to make me happy.
